Check in was very simple, good Wi-Fi, ample kitchen supplies as well. Biggest positive for this place is definitely the location though. Very central to everything. 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes from Destin.

Such a cute place close to the beach and fun things to do. Perfect for our family of 7 and all the amenities you could need for an extended stay. Will absolutely chose to stay here again if we are ever down this way!

Great Vacation Stay

Overall this was a great place to stay in relation to Fort Walton and the Destin area. Although not right on the beach you were a 5-8 minute drive to it. Would chose this over a hotel.

Like literally 2-5 mins from the beach and Publix is literally around the corner! My family had a great time. The only thing is the stairs in the townhouse are steep!

Quiet neighborhood

The property looks just like the pictures. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and a very quick drive to Okaloosa island and the beach! Great place for the price.

Great communication with the host, kids enjoyed it more than we did, minutes from the beach but they literally wanted to go back to the beach house. Clean, suitable for our family of 5, looked just as it does in the pictures.

Perfect location!

This cute town home accommodated our blend family of 7 perfectly. The location was great! We were within 5 minutes of Cinco Bayou Marina, and only 12 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Destin. We will definitely be back to stay!

This was our first family beach vacation an this condo was perfect! Perfect location, it had everything we needed and more including family board games, plenty of towels an washcloths, even beach towels an beach necessities for you to use. The house smelled of cleaning products when we entered. Which was a huge plus in our books! It was the perfect size for our crew! The location couldn't of been any more perfect. We were close to everything we needed and the places we wanted to see! We will definitely love to come back!

Not really for a family. You can't sit and eat together. Also, the back patio is useless, no chairs. There is two chairs on the upper deck for a couple. You can't play games as a family he table is for two people. The oven looks like it has never been cleaned.The oven wad

Ma’am, you saw the pictures before you rented it. It’s a 2 bedroom townhouse. Do you see anywhere to put a large dinner table?! Also, my 2 bedroom townhouse with a full kitchen, you got for $1000 for a week. You couldn’t even get that at a motel 6 there. Glenda, if you wanted the Hyatt or the Ritz Carlton, that’s what you should’ve booked. But, don’t expect champagne on beer budget. You obviously you’re just a miserable human… You complained about every little thing from the moment you got there. You saw what the set up was in the photos. Thanks!

SummerFun 2023

Be sure to leave some dishwasher tablets, I done dishes by hand all week, which wasn't really that bad since I do enjoy doing dishes. The bathrooms need toilet paper stand holders or wall holders. It would have been nice to of had a toaster for waffles, toast etc. Other than the little things mentioned the home was nice and would stay again if we ever come this way again.

I’m sorry there is supposed to be a small pack of dish detergent left under the sink for each guest. There is a toaster. It’s in the pantry where the laundry room is. There’s also a blender and a regular coffee maker in there as well. I’m sorry you got me on the toilet paper stand. I’m just not a fan of those. Thank you for your stay!!!
