From the new sleeper sectional (added Sept 2023), to the very comfy new king size bed and furniture, (added Dec. 2022) you will have a difficult time saying no to this fantastically priced beach front gem. Enjoy shrimp boils in the fully stocked kitchen...or enjoy a cocktail on the balcony in new chairs (added Sept '23). Grill that perfect steak on the patio charcoal grill outside which we provide as well for a surf and turf night!! You're just steps away from the sand....the Beach is calling your name.

Lovely little place

Just right for 2 adults. Peacefully decorated with some nice little touches. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom and beach chairs/umbrella. This is a 2nd floor condo and the stairwell nearest is currently under repair and not usable. This building is older, but our condo was spotless. A nice place to just relax at the beach. The host was warm and helpful. Thank you Cyndi!

Villa Capri stay.

The condo was very inviting. One small problem, the grill on our deck was very rusted and falling apart. Also the one for also condos was the same way. Feel they needed outside maintenance for clean up. The condo itself was very clean and the decor was very nice. Would stay there again.

Perfect

Don’t let the outside appearance of the building jade your thoughts. This condo is very nice inside. Perfect home away from home and directly on the beach. Recently remodeled. All the appliances you could need or want. Great interaction with the owners as well.

Fabulous place!

This condo was clean, beautiful view, just steps away from the beach. The owner Cyndi was very accommodating. We were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and she left us a bottle of wine chilling with a little cheese and crackers. If we are ever back there for vacation, I will definitely be booking with her again!
