Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Casa Del Sol is a cozy 820 square foot home that has everything you want for the perfect tropical vacation: Water views, a private 35-foot seawall equipped with boat bumpers, cleats and fish cleaning station. Direct open water access to the Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. Kayaks and bicycles. Access to the wonderful amenities at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market. Two double wide boat ramps with fuel on site. Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Nearby attractions include Snorkeling off Looe Key, Bahia Honda Beach and just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon Attractions!
**PLEASE NOTE: When you arrive at Venture Out, upon arrival at the gate you will be asked to pay a fee directly to Venture Out registration fee per reservation, regardless of the number of guests or vehicles . The fee is $125 and can be paid by either cash or credit card.

Perfect stay!!

My son and I decided last min we needed to go somewhere for spring break. What better place in the keys. So we found this perfect home for us and had a great time enjoying the amenities fishing and sightseeing. was just as it was listed and absolutely perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The conviences were nice (pool on property, gas for the boat at boat ramp, little store on property, 15mins from grocery store, being able to keep boat behind house in canal). Thank you for our stay!

Vacation In Paradise

Casa Del Sol is a great place to stay in the Keys! The home was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen offered everything you need if you were to make a meal at home. The pool is one of the best and it's a fun way to meet some of the other vacationers! Venture Out is one of the best resorts in the Keys! We will always come back!

This house was clean and comfortable. Located right on the water so we kept our boat with us. The house has everything you need! Just bring your clothes and your food!

Super place and lots of sunshine!

We enjoyed a month at Casa del Sol. The place was clean and well stocked. The owner acknowledged the bikes need to be replaced, but the kayaks were in wonderful condition! We’d consider returning to this unit for a future visit.

The Venture Out Experience

The property was clean, well equipped, comfortable on a canal with a beautiful view. The outside deck on the canal, received sunlight from morning to night. Very relaxing and peaceful. The complex (Venture Out) many amenities, such as, pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball, store etc .Close to many restaurants. Twenty three mile from Key West. About 15 miles to Bahia Honda State Park.

The house was perfect! Very comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Immaculate - the floors were A+ clean, which impressed me (I manage a high-end Bed&Breakfast and I’m very picky!) Lots of games and a small bookshelf with interesting books. We would rent this house again. The only “negative” is the deck has no shade. I’d bring a patio umbrella next time. Also note the driveway is a little shorter than an F-150, just so you’re aware. Venture Out is a lovely community. The staff is nice and the property is very well-maintained.

Our unit was very light & bright. Very relaxing to sit on the deck & see water while having morning coffee! ☕ Our host/owner was great about responding quickly to any questions I had. I do wish there had been cotton sheets on the bed. Polyester doesn't breath!
