Wonderful Stay!!

Property was as described. Very comfortable for entire family. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was extremely responsive and ensured an item we left behind was mailed to us.

Great Vacation house for the family

Everyone was very Happy with the location and the beautiful house. The pool was a favorite with the grand kids. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating This trip may turn into a family tradition Again Thanks

Just be careful and take pictures.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was great last year. Upon arriving we found a crack in the stovetop, my mistake for not documenting it. On our way home Kate informs me that the cleaning lady says it has to be us when I told her it was there when we arrived so I assumed she knew. Again, my mistake for not documenting, we literally only used the stove one morning for pancakes. Fast forward one week and I get a bill for over $700 and no other communication. We were even charged for a new stove cord. The location of the house was great but there were minor problems that we addressed ourselves. For example, the door to the deck was off track and we just did the right thing and fixed it. Anyway, after paying almost $16,000 over 2 years we have now spent another $700 on a new stove since it was my word against the cleaning person. So take pictures!!

Picturesque location

Kate was prompt in her responses whenever we had a question. She was very accommodating to any requests we had. The house was gorgeous and the proximity to the beach was second to none! Less than a minute walk to 2 separate beach accesses and views of the ocean from any side of the house! The kids loved playing in the pool! The only suggestion I would have, and this is by no means a knock to Kate or the house, is to add a lockable gate at the top of the stairs on the second floor deck. But again, not even remotely an issue! (Just constructive suggestion) Highly recommend OIBPhoenix to anyone who wants that escape from the traditional hustle and bustle of beach vacations!

Amazing house and location

My family and I went to this house over thanksgiving and we had a great time. House was very clean and was an amazing location. 3 minute walk tops to the beach. The golden tee machine was a nice touch as well. Will absolutely be back.
