New home w/ huge pool, 2 min walk to beach!
GONE COASTAL has loads of space to relax on four wide porches. Watch the boats pass and the sun set over the marsh. An Inverted floor plan maximizes views from the great room. Private beach access is available for Sunshine Ln. 3 min walk from door to toes in the surf.
This home is very kid friendly with plenty of games and toys and an oversized pool with toddler play area/sun deck. There are bikes and helmets and other ride on toys for all ages.
We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach houses, we provide most personal and household products some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
4 Bedrooms and 3 baths (two masters with king beds). One of the bedroom is a fun kids getaway with bunk beds (5 twins total)
Linens and household products included
*Pool Policy: Overnight temps must be in the high 50's at least. Heater usually maintains 10-20 degrees above outdoor temp. Open May-October (sometimes April & November) for an additional fee. Message for a quote.
*WEATHER*
We can not predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance
