The house was perfect and as described. The only thing I would plan for is there were only enough towels and washcloths per person for one day. There were 10 of us staying for two nights so I would just want more towels and washcloths we made do. We did not contact the host In all fairness but I did leave that as feedback. I would stay here again. Across from the house is a beautiful Park with a paved way that will walk you all the way to the Niagara Falls State Park.

Nice place

We only stayed for a quick overnight. It was a nice place and was clean. The house should be sprayed for bugs. We killed a dozen spiders inside the home when we showed up. Also, some full size hand towels and extra bedding are needed. Otherwise a pleasant stay and close to Niagara Falls!

We were all very happy with the property! Location was great, a mile walk to the falls. The house was clean and furnishings looked brand new. Very spacious, plenty of towels! Kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans but we managed. I would recommend 10/10. The neighborhood is what you would expect the area is not the best but we never felt unsafe and the house is across the street from Whirlpool Park.

Family of all ages

We took our parents and our grown kids for a weekend getaway. This house was in an ideal location. Parking for two vehicles was perfect. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Three Bedrooms downstairs with a family room area and bathroom with stand up shower, very very clean. And the upper level had the kitchen bathroom shower and two bedrooms also an open concept family room. Split level type home. We didn’t feel uneasy about staying here at all. Very safe. Close to absolutely everything!! Thank you for making our stay easy, keeping you place clean and being so quick to respond!!

Niagara Family Trip

Stayed here with the family for a few days. The property was clean and spacious. We were a group of 10 and never felt crowded. The negatives from my perspective were that the kitchen did not have a toaster....the bedrooms did not have lamps so I would suggest maybe bringing some night lights to plug-in especially if you have kids.....lastly there are no TV's in the bedrooms so bring a laptop or tablet for room entertainment. Overall everything else was great. Close proximity to the falls and plenty of options for Ubereats delivery.

Nice house

Location was great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Spacious bedrooms. Not handicap accessible (steps, no safety bars in bathrooms). Would stay again, but not for long term due to no laundry on site. Would like to have table lamps in all rooms (overhead lighting is very bright). Night lights in bathrooms only. With thermostat set to 69 the house was FREEZING when we walked in. (suggest host save some energy $$ by leaving it at 73). We set it to 74-75 and lower level room were still very cool.

The stay was good. However, why inquire abt our expected arrival time just to be told we couldn't check-in until 3 p.m.? Kitchen needs larger pots. The downstairs bathroom needs a soap/body wash shelf. We had to leave soap on the floor in the shower (kinda gross). Shower floor does not contain water from shower. The lip is to low/shallow. We had to use towels to dry the floor after each use. Some of the washcloths were dingy and stained. Please replace them with new ones. Overall, we had a great time. We would probably rent again. The location was perfectly quiet and peaceful.

Niagara Falls visit

Check in was easy. Kitchen was spacious but could use more silverware and kitchen supplies, like a mixing bowl or salad bowl. Also would have been nice to have coffee and coffee filters and salt and pepper. Location was good. Close to aquarium and Falls. Nice park nearby with view of the river.

My family was shocked (in a good way)

Booked this property for a quick trip to visit with family. For the short notice we had, didn't think we'd be able to find a place meeting our needs, but we did, and it was a great place for a great value. The location was amazing - the falls to the left and the gorge to the right. Far enough to enjoy the scenery without the noise, but close enough to dining, shopping and grocery stores.Those who were with me were shocked it turned out as nice as it did because the price was so good.Will definitely look for this spot the next time I'm planning a trip to the area.3 recommendations, but not deal breakers:1 - Smart TV, not Roku TV.2 - Washer and dryer on premises.3 - Some sort of shelving or under-shower head rack in the downstairs bathroom.Other than those 3, very small inconveniences, this place was great.
