The house was convenient for all the Niagara Falls attractions. Only complaint from my family was the run down neighborhood. All of us felt unsafe there.

Niagara Falls visit

Check in was easy. Kitchen was spacious but could use more silverware and kitchen supplies, like a mixing bowl or salad bowl. Also would have been nice to have coffee and coffee filters and salt and pepper. Location was good. Close to aquarium and Falls. Nice park nearby with view of the river.

If you just need a place to bunk, shower and prepare breakfast while you see the Falls, it's adequate. No frills and no Kleenex.

The house could use some TLC.. The doors creak the floors creak you could hear everything

The stay was good. The location was good. We where u sure aboit the neighborhood. We didnt stay in the house except to sleep n shower.

My family was shocked (in a good way)

Booked this property for a quick trip to visit with family. For the short notice we had, didn't think we'd be able to find a place meeting our needs, but we did, and it was a great place for a great value. The location was amazing - the falls to the left and the gorge to the right. Far enough to enjoy the scenery without the noise, but close enough to dining, shopping and grocery stores.Those who were with me were shocked it turned out as nice as it did because the price was so good.Will definitely look for this spot the next time I'm planning a trip to the area.3 recommendations, but not deal breakers:1 - Smart TV, not Roku TV.2 - Washer and dryer on premises.3 - Some sort of shelving or under-shower head rack in the downstairs bathroom.Other than those 3, very small inconveniences, this place was great.

The stay was good. However, why inquire abt our expected arrival time just to be told we couldn't check-in until 3 p.m.? Kitchen needs larger pots. The downstairs bathroom needs a soap/body wash shelf. We had to leave soap on the floor in the shower (kinda gross). Shower floor does not contain water from shower. The lip is to low/shallow. We had to use towels to dry the floor after each use. Some of the washcloths were dingy and stained. Please replace them with new ones. Overall, we had a great time. We would probably rent again. The location was perfectly quiet and peaceful.

Great House To Stay In

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The two bedrooms upstairs and three bedroom downstairs with two living rooms and two bathrooms was the perfect layout for us. I like the digital lock and the bright airiness of the entire place. Beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for my needs. As a former, lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, I was familiar with the area (not the best, but unfortunately that is the state of Niagara Falls these days), the location of this house being right on the corner, river and the view of the Canadian side was great. I definitely will rent this again on my visits home.

Spring break family getaway

Overall very clean and very nice inside. Hopefully the surrounding community catches up. Nice to have the walking trails right across the street. Location was great .

We only stayed for a quick overnight. It was a nice place and was clean. The house should be sprayed for bugs. We killed a dozen spiders inside the home when we showed up. Also, some full size hand towels and extra bedding are needed. Otherwise a pleasant stay and close to Niagara Falls!

FAMILY WEEKEND

We were in town just for the weekend for family events. The house was great - very accurate to the pictures. It was very close to the Falls which was nice. The only thing missing was a toaster in the kitchen and also there was 10 of us but not enough silverware for that many people. Other than that, we would for sure stay there again when we visit the area.
