The Pub

We had a great stay at the Pub. The house had more than enough space to accommodate a large group. The kitchen and living room space were ideal to gather together as a group. Would stay again!

Enough room for everyone 🤗

Great quiet location tucked away from everything but so close to everything 🥰 I love that is was no t.v's in the room's it made us bond more then every. 10 out 10 will try again .

Great property

Just one issue (not major) cookware was very minimal. We had a group of 7 that likes to cook… however property provided enough TP and paper towels for a long weekend. The area around was not the best but ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE, felt safe and never worried. We have stayed in Niagara Falls a couple times before and find the area awesome!!! The home was very large and comfortable!!

Beautifully remodeled old pub!

Last minute trip to the area, and we happened across this listing. Loved the history of the building and the renovations. We had plenty of room to sleep. Showers were surprisingly giant! Kitchen and eating area are large with ample seating. No issues with the street parking right in front of the door. Management was easily accessible to answer questions. Short 5 minute drive to the falls and parking was only $10 at the main state parking lots for the full day.

Niagara home

The home was large which was nice. The location was a little different but found it easy. The home had a smell that was not pleasant not sure if it was from the outside or what. An Oil leak in the upstairs bedroom was unpleasant for my daughter. I would suggest having a salt and pepper seasoning for your guest fixing the tiles at the bottom bathroom Thank you K winter

Big Space For a Large Group

This property offered ample space for a group of 18. We had a great time gathering by the dinner table and the large kitchen island for our meals. The drive to Niagara Falls from the property was pretty short and easy. We had 5 cars initially on the 1st day and there was ample parking between the street and driveway. Only things we would like for admin/owner to address: proper warning signs for uneven floors from kitchen to back of building leading to the bedrooms…. It is a fall hazard; refrigerator’s ice machine not working; coffee maker very dirty…we were afraid to use it that we had to buy our own coffee maker; all bathroom fixtures were loose; all bathroom seats were loose. All these issues can be quickly and easily fixed and thus the 4 stars.

Niagra Falls

Property is nice BUT needs basic maintenance and attention to detail. We had 16 people stay, delivered 12 towels, no hand towels and a few wash clothes, we had to request more. They delivered. Property needs maintenance done on it. Toilet seat upstairs needs to be fixed, bathroom doors don’t lock, floors upstairs is in need of repair..nails sticking out, no exhaust fans in neither bathroom, we ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags the before we left. The property has been restored and it’s beautiful but needs further attention. Area is not the best.

This is a great, budget friendly option for hosting a large group of people. We enjoyed being able to all stay under one roof. The neighborhood is definitely a bit rundown but we never had any issues or ever felt unsafe. It’s a converted restaurant/pub so it has its quirks but we were all comfortable and had a great time. For the price, it’s a great option for big groups and the pictures showcase the property well.

Stayed there for a family reunion - first time all the aunts and uncles and cousin have been together in almost 10 years!! The house was spacious enough for us to all hang out and not feel on top of each otherThe only downside is no dishwasher so we had to use paper plates all weekend

The property was a little worn down and the area was very sketchy. Not an area to let the kids hang outside. The outside enclosed area was over grown and not a pleasant place to hang out. The only thing it had for us was the space inside.

A family get away

Three generations went to Niagara Falls to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday which included seven children under eleven. I was so happy with the size of the common areas such as kitchen and living room. The location is so accessible to the falls, places to eat, and the aquarium. Unfortunately I did have to buy my own cleaning supplies to mop the dirty floors. Other than that the neighborhood felt safe, the back yard/porch area was nice and we all we able to navigate our families together smoothly under one roof.

Spacious rental

The stay was ok. House needs some work especially the lighting on the back patio. It’s very dangerous with that step into the house at night. We had a few falls. It was great to all be together in one house and all in all I would do a short stay there. The area is pretty sketchy and we were told not to be outside after dark!

Great family rental

Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.

Property was nice and big , but there was a smell that would not go away it smelled like it was coming from the basement , downstairs bed was very bad with it and it was very cold the fridge ice maker and water did not work , need more ventilation in all the rooms , other then that it was ok loved that it was close to the casino and some stores
