We had a great stay at Finca Can Verga Pollensa. The place was as advertised. We had lots of room for all guests. It’s 2km from the time square. Pool was inviting after a long bike ride. If you’re there to cycle this makes for a great location. The owner got back to us right away with any concerns we had.

We had a really nice time at Can Verga. It has a great pool and is conveniently located near to Pollensa and the port. The check in was convenient because our boat/flights arrived late. We would recommend this property. Thank you!

Refund

We had requested early access and were given that by Ideal Property whom we had paid for the villa. We arrived at the property just before 13:00 and reviewed the inside and outside and this was not as advertised. We immediately informed Ideal Property at 13:04 who we assumed were the hosts. we advised them of our dissatisfaction. They offered no alternatives. We did not stay and had to find alternate accomodation for my family. Only 4 of us were due to stay.i would like a full refund

Dreckig und runtergekommen. Nichts hat so wirklich funktioniert. Wir haben den ganzen Aufenthalt damit verbracht zu versuchen die Probleme zu lösen, der Pool war nicht nutzbar aufgrund von Verunreinigung. Das Problem konnte bis zur Abreise nicht erhoben werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Sehr entspannte 4 Tage in einer schönen Unterkunft mit Blick in die Berge und der Nähe zum Meer.

Es gibt einen sehr großen Pool mit Beleuchtung in der Nacht, es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern und ruhige Nachbarn. Ebenfalls positiv war die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung und den organisierten Transport vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft und zurück.

Finca in Pollenca

Wir waren im Oktober in dieser Finca. Der Check In hat problemlos funktioniert, wir durften das Haus sogar bereits Vormittags beziehen. Generell entspricht das Haus der Beschreibung. Es wäre im Vorfeld jedoch hilfreich gewesen zu erfahren, in welchen Etagen welche Räume zu finden sind. Die Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türen quietschen, einige Betten bräuchten neue Matratzen und Matratzenschoner würden für ein besseres Wohlfühlgefühl sorgen. Die Badezimmer sind renovierungsnötig. Duschköpfe spritzen in alle Richtungen und hängen in gebrochenen Halterungen. Nicht alle Leuchtmittel brannten. Schöne wäre es gewesen, auf Wunsch einen Handtuchaustausch zu bekommen. In der Küche fanden wir leider viel schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank vor. Als wir dieses reinigen wollten, musste wir zunächste die Spülmaschine säubern und neues Salz und Klarspüler kaufen um diese nutzen zu können. Die meisten Töpfe haben keine Deckel und zum Teil eine krumme Auflagefläche. Der Pool wurde im Laufe unseres Besuchs vor Enten verschmutzt, sodass er nicht nutzbar war. Die Agentur versprach uns eine Reinigung durch die Besitzer, die jedoch nicht erfolgte.

-The Pool was excellent, good size, nice water -The house is in a good location, near from Pollença Center -Easy access with the car - Supermarkets nearby -The billiard table needs replacing or repairing - Air conditioning would have been lovely - I did not appreciate to let us drive to your offices to get code for the keybox and pay the tourist tax. All those things could have been done online. - The baby bed needs replacing! The bed was not very trustful and in a bad shape.

in die Jahre gekommen überraschend laut

Der Tisch im Außenbereich, der Pool Wir haben eine abgelegene Unterkunft gebucht um mit Kinder und Enkelkindern unsere Ruhe zu haben in der ersten Nach haben ab 2:30h ca. 20 Hähne im 30Minütigen Abstand gekräht. Schlafen war nicht möglich. In der 2 Nacht ging es, in den nachfolgenden Nächten haben Mieter im Nachbarhaus mit Karaoke die Nacht zum Tag gemacht, auch hier war es nicht möglich zu schlafen, sehr schade. Die Hähne waren je nach Hausseite auch weiterhin zu hören. Das Haus weist einen Instandhaltungsrückstau auf, wir hatten 2mal Stromausfall, Warm Wasser ging einmal auch nicht, die Pupe am Pool, auch die Beleuchtung war defekt. Die Türen konnten wenn überhaupt nur mit lautem Knarren geschlossen werden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch um einen Kinderstuhl und einen Sonnenschirm gekümmert. Die Verwaltung war ebenfalls freundlich.
