Family holiday Majorca in a Villa with pool. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a family holiday or . The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.



The Villa with pool in Majorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).



The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or also for cycling groups.

There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.



The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, a deposit of 500 € has to be paid. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.



The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the Villa with pool in Pollensa you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby.

Schöne Villa mit allem, was das Herz begehrt

Besonders gefallen haben mir die schönen Palmen und der Blick auf den Puig Maria. Wir empfanden es als sehr angenehm, dass 2 Schlafzimmer im Poolhaus sind, dadurch hat jeder seine Ruhe. Heizung und natürlich der Kamin sorgen auch bei etwas kühlerem Wetter für Wohlfühlklima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Polenca, Port de Polenca und in Alcudia mit den jeweiligen Stränden. Besonders an heißen Tagen sind die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern zu schätzen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Aussenbereich hat genug Sonnenliegen für alle Bewohner. Eine Tischtennisplatte steht auch zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein rundes Paket für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Backofen in der Küche ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Es war toll

Martina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde prompt reagiert und alle “Probleme” wurden umgehend gelöst. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Anwesen ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Fincaurlaub braucht. Durch die beiden getrennten Häuser lässt sich insbesondere mit einer größeren Gruppe ein vollkommen entspannter Urlaub verbringen. Die Finca ist gut gelegen innerhalb von ca. 10 Autominuten ist man in Pollenca oder am Strand.
