We hope you will enjoy this 2 bedroom 1 bath located within minutes of all activities in the Iowa Great Lakes! Nice residential area. Your own place and your own deck with a gas grill! Full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer and an attached single car tuck under garage for the bikes! (Apt is up a flight of interior stairs) Nicely furnished! Off street parking for two vehicles or possibly a boat! Sleeps 4 and maximum guests is 4...two queen beds.
