The villa is on two levels:
On the garden level are :
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher
- Living/dining room
- Bedroom 1: Bed 160*200 with shower room and WC. Adjoining the villa but completely independent. Accessible from outside.
- 2 separate WCs
The sleeping area upstairs with 4 bedrooms:
-Bedroom 2: 160*200 Queen size bed
-Bedroom 3: 160*200 Queen size bed
-Bedroom 4: 160*200 Queen size bed
-Bedroom 5: dormitory with 2 80*190 bunk beds
- 2 separate shower rooms.
-1 separate WC
WIFI available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
OUTSIDE
Superb outdoor space with a fully equipped terrace and barbecue area.
A beautiful heated and secure 9*4 swimming pool with alarm.
The terrace is equipped with deckchairs and a dining area.
An outdoor shower is also available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A security deposit of €2,000 is required. Entry to the premises will not be permitted without an approved bank pre-authorisation.
Interim and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linen included, can be changed during stay on request.
Daily cleaning and breakfast available on request.
Tourist tax is applicable and compulsory at the current rate, regularly updated by the local council.
The villa is non-smoking. Outdoor use only.
Parties are forbidden. No noise after 10pm. Respect for neighbours is essential.
Pets are not allowed.
