About this property

This charming finca located between Llucmajor and Randa was expanded in early 2015. It is located about 15 minutes from the airport on a 6,000 square meter property.
In addition to a tastefully furnished living and dining area, you will find three bedrooms on approximately 150 square meters of living space. Two of these lead to the covered terrace facing west. Further hidden terraces are located at the end of the 60 m long, illuminated, palm-lined driveway and on the roof. This with a fantastic view of the Hexenberg and south to the sea and the island of Cabrera.
The finca also has two bathrooms, a functional kitchen with hatch in the dining area and a utility room. A pool was implemented in early 2016. There is also a grill, bicycles and various play options available.
Relax in the soothing atmosphere of this place, which has already been dubbed by local monks as a place of energy and energy. From here, plan your wonderful excursions into the mountain landscapes or the nearby beaches of this area! Or just relax with a good glass of red wine by the crackling fire of the fireplace in the living area.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Genau was wir gesucht haben. Außerhalb des Touristentrubels. Es war alles was man braucht in der Finca vorhanden. Und wenn was fehlt, sind sämtliche Geschäfte in ein paar Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter der Finca war bei Fragen immer erreichbar, oder auch ein anderer Kontakt vor Ort. Wir konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen. Allen hat es auf der Finca sehr gut gefallen (sogar dem Teenager)! Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit!

Schöne Finca mit Charme .

Sehr schöne mallorquinische Finca, mit allem was man benötigt. Die wilde Hühnerschar und die Katzen hatten wir sofort eingemeindet. Einzig die Mücken hätten wir nicht gebraucht. Insgesamt war es aber eine schöne Woche und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top.

Erholung in perfekter Umgebung

Wir verbrachten zehn Tage auf dieser wundervollen, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Finca. Ganz besonders haben uns die drei Terrassen gefallen. Je nach Tageszeit gab es immer den perfekten Ort zum Essen oder um die Landschaft zu genießen. Llucmajor ist eine schöne Kleinstadt, die Vieles bietet. Diverse Strände sind in kürzerer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :-)

Idyllische Einsamkeit in ländlicher Umgebung

Nachdem wir die weite Reise von Norddeutschland mit dem Motorrad nach Mallorca hinter uns gebracht haben, haben wir den Aufenthalt in der abgelegenen Finca sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und spiegelt exakt den mallorquinischen Flair wider, den wir so mögen. Einzig die mobile Klimaanlage ist aus unserer Sicht für den Hochsommer auf der Insel etwas unterdimensioniert, aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Insgesamt können wir die Finca nur empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Grünen

Unser Aufenthalt auf der Finca war sehr erholsam. Es gab eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und absolut saubere Räumlichkeiten. Die Terrassen konnten wunderbar genutzt werden und die Hühner boten nette Gesellschaft. Die Lage der Finca war sehr ruhig und sehr gut zum abschalten geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war reibungslos und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
