This lovely house located at S"Estanyol de Mitjorn, will make feel 6 guests like at home.
Welcome to this one floor beautiful house ideal for couples, with or without kids. You will love the furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can prepare a delicious meal at the mobile barbecue to enjoy with your dear ones.

As you come in, a cozy dining-room with air conditioning perfect for watching TV, listening to music or relax at the sofa, awaits for you. The equipped gas kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The property has three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed each, and the third one with two single beds. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The house disposes of a bathroom with a bath.

S'Estanyol is a quiet area, but you will find restaurants and bars, and a little supermarket. Only 300 meters distance, there is a wonderful beach where you will feel like at paradise. Another 2km distance separate you from sa Ràpita, another lovely beach with more range of services. Don't miss visit the idyllic Es Trenc beach, at only 6km from you, famous for its white sand and crystalized water. We also recommend to visit Palma, where you will be able to do touristic routes from there, cultural trips or going shopping.

Badezimmer und Küche hätten meiner Meinung nach eine Renovierung nötig und die Küchenausstattung ist ein bisschen sehr minimalistisch wenn man mal selber kochen möchte. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Très joli séjour dans cette maison, je recommande ! Merci Remarque : les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants. Il n’y a pas de passoire par exemple.

großzügige Räumlichkeit, Lage durch die verwahrlosten Grundstücke in der Nachbarschaft nur mäßig

der Ferienort ist charmant, weil recht ursprünglich. Nahezu nur spanische Gäste, viel Ruhe und kleine nette Lokale im Umfeld. Das Haus ist gepflegt und großzügig geschnitten, die Betten von guter Qualität. Die Ausstattung ist leider nur spartanisch, mit drei Gästen gerade ausreichend, bei mehreren Personen aber sicher unterdimensioniert. So gibt es beispielsweise keine Liegen und nur vier Stühle für die Außenterrasse, die zur Straße zeigt. Der große Innenhof und die Dachterrasse sind wenig charmant.
