* A 1st panoramic terrace with sun loungers, hammock, table to bask in the sun and enjoy the view.
A large part of the terrace is covered with bench and armchair.
* A 2nd terrace in the shade of a magnificent walnut tree equipped with a large table and a barbecue.

Inside, large spaces!
You will find:
* a large living room of 40m2 with wood stove and relaxation area, tourist documentation and hiking maps,
* a spacious kitchen with table, bay window and access to the terrace,
* 2 large bedrooms and a sleeping area, 6 places to sleep:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- a semi-enclosed sleeping area: 1 single bed
* 2 bathrooms

The Pyrenees:
The region is a paradise of nature with dozens of lakes and waterfalls, magnificent valleys and the grandiose Pyrenean peaks!

Discoveries:
- picturesque local markets, including the huge Saint Girons market, with lots of local producers, colourful stalls. etc
- many prehistoric caves, one of which is in an underground river (Labouiche, Mas D'azil, Niaux...)
- the castles (Foix and Montegut), and the Cathar sites
- The city of Saint Lizier
- the lakes and mountain ponds, all magnificent (Etang de Lers, Bethmale...),
- the waterfalls (Ars, Fouillet..)
- the thermal baths of Aulus-les-bains (jacuzzi, sauna and natural treatments)
- the barns of Cominac,

* Towels are not provided, it is possible to get them with an extra charge of 10 euros per towel.
* No wifi but birdsong:) The TV is not connected to the network.
* We do not charge a cleaning fee, in return we will be grateful if you leave the place clean and tidy. The list of tasks is indicated in the house rules.
* We do not charge for (gas) heating, and we offer an electricity package of 15Kwh/d (corresponding to current needs), if you exceed it, an additional fee will be charged at the current rate.
* The peace and quiet of the place and the proximity to the area do not allow for noisy night parties.
* Pets are welcome at home, but several conditions must be respected:
- no pets on the sofas or beds, if they inadvertently have to climb up, please remove the hair.
- the garden is a family place, if your pets were to relieve themselves there, please pick them up out of respect for the following travellers.
