Family-Friendly Beach Townhome-Pools-Golf-Pets Welcome

Welcome to your coastal retreat in beautiful Perdido Key! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated in the beautiful Lost Key Resort, offering direct access to the incredible Perdidio Key Beach. Whether you’re planning to explore the coastal towns or relax by the water, this house is the perfect base for your stay.

After a fun-filled day at the beach or 18 holes of golf, the villa is designed to entertain your family and friends in the comfy open living area. Enjoy a family game night or share a movie and popcorn on the large sectional couch. The second floor has its own powder room, fully equipped kitchen and an 8' island with bar stools, perfect for preparing your own meals and really feeling at home. The balcony has seating and beautiful views of the preserve and creek.

All three bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a thera-pedic cooling KING bed, ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and double vanity sink. The second bedroom has a comfortable QUEEN size bed. The third bedroom has TWO sets of single BUNK BEDS. All of the beautifully decorated bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs, extra pillows and blankets. A queen air mattress and 2 single cots are available for guests. Linens provided.

The Beach Club has a parking area east of the Beach Club. Limited parking available.
The Resort Pool offers parking. Ride the complimentary Beach & Resort Shuttle.

Key Stays may be reached 24-7 via text, email or phone.

The PRIVATE BEACH CLUB for guests/members is a 5,000 square foot facility sitting directly on the Beach offering delicious poolside dining, swimming pool, beach access, locker rooms, and showers. BEACH SERVICE is available on a first come/first serve basis offering beach chairs/umbrellas. Pricing guide in the Welcome Book.
The FITNESS CENTER located at the Resort Pool, has state of the art fitness equipment.
The RESORT STYLE POOL offers zero entry with fountains, striped lanes for lap swimming, & HOT TUB.

The Lost Key condo owners and My Key Stays Management company are not responsible for any Lost Key Resort amenities closed to guests or in disrepair. Hours and availability subject to change.

The Resort Pool is a short 10 minute walk from the Town home. A beach cart is available for guests to use for the pool or beach.

The Beach Club is an enjoyable 15-20 minute walk from the home. Or guests may use the Complimentary Beach Shuttle Service . The BEACH SHUTTLE will run a continuous loop with stops at the pool/fitness center for the Townhomes/Villas, and the BEACH CLUB. Last Beach Club pick-up at 6 pm.

A beach cart, Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, umbrella stroller, cooler and beach toys are available for guests to use. Tennis rackets and tennis balls. 2 kayaks & life vests - Please use with ADULT SUPERVISION ONLY. Please use the kayak pull cart or transport by vehicle. A gas grill is located right outside the back garage door.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We could not have had a more perfect home to spend Thanksgiving as a family. There was enough space for everyone and it was a short walk to the beach which the grandkids loved! Can't wait to have a reason to stay here again.

This home was so great! So clean and updated and nice. The host even had a bowl of snacks out for us. That was so welcomed after a long day of travel. It’s in a great location too. There were even black wash cloths for removing makeup. They thought of everything!! It was so hard to leave.

Love the location

Fantastic large town home in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close walk to a huge pool which is zero entry and very shallow perfect for our young kids. They didn't want to leave it. We ended up driving to the beach because our little ones were ready to go early and parking was super easy right across the street, but shuttle was super convenient too as you simply call and they pick you up at your door. Really great amenities as well with the beach front club access included which has another small pool and great lunch menu with drinks. Nice to get some shade and break from the beach everyday at lunch. The house itself was fantastic, really big main floor and large bedrooms for a townhouse. Had everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive. Highly recommend and we definitely plan to come back!

Enjoyed our time at this property near the beach! Furnishings and decor are upscale, beds are super comfortable, and resort amenities gave us plenty of fun options. The check in process was easy and hassle free and we had detailed instructions to follow. Loved the upstairs outdoor space overlooking a nice forested area. Our host made sure all our needs were met and we appreciated the attention to detail that you see throughout the unit - from beach equipment to bath/kitchen supplies to cozy pillows & blankets for movie nights. Note that the beach is a good 15 minute walk or quick hop on the shuttle bus. Be sure to grab a bite at Paul’s Pizza Co and The Breakfast Club!

More than Expected

We selected this property for a family getaway with our dog. Upon arrival we were shocked at all of the special extras there were! In fact, we were blown away with the items for our dog, like leashes, dog food and water bowls, toys, dog beds & a small console crate. Looking in the garage felt like Christmas morning! Beach bikes, kayaks, basketball game, rock climbing wall, chairs, cooler, gas grill, and more were the surprises that were in store for our family fun! Terry, the host of this home went above and beyond with special amenities from kcups, tea bags, foils and wraps, salt & pepper, spices for seafood, goodie bowl of snacks on arrival, fabulous soaps, shampoos, lotions, and who thinks about supplying a first aid kit with bandaids? The day we checked out, we all said this was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we all want to come back next year! Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your family’s home! We will definitely be back!

The property is exactly as advertised: extremely clean and comfortable, with lots of extras that made our trip a lot easier! Terry, our host, was incredibly responsive and answered every question we had very quickly. The pool and beach are both within walking distance, but there is also a shuttle that runs all day as well. Loved being able to park in a garage. Overall a great stay!
