The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ideally located 400m from the beaches and close to the tramway to take you to the heart of the city center and discover its magnificent Place Masséna !
Located on the second floor without elevator, its brightness and cozy decoration will charm you.
The apartment is composed of:
- A living room with fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) & dining area with dining table
- A relaxation area with bench seat & pull-out tables
- A separate bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), Smart TV with Netflix/Prime Video/Youtube applications & free WiFi connection.
- An adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet & vanity unit
Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
