Far from the crowds, come and discover the magnificent region of Balagne in Haute Corse. In the heart of the village of Cateri, our old house invites you to disconnect completely. Fitted out for 12 people, it offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a roof top on which you will not tire of the sea and mountain views. Below 20 metres from the house we have a plot of land with a view of the mountains and vegetation where we are finishing the construction of a stone swimming pool, enclosed by stone walls, with a pretty wrought iron gate. Located 10 minutes from magnificent white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, 30 minutes/40 minutes from the Fango river for unforgettable swims in the natural basins and very accessible: 15 minutes from Calvi airport or 15 minutes from the ferry from Ile Rousse. Many restaurants, at Léon's in the village of Cateri but also many others in the neighbouring villages of Pigna, Lumio, Corbara. And the famous beach huts to enjoy a lunch or a sunset aperitif with your feet in the water. A little corner of paradise for which we had a real crush.
