Villa Manaa is perfectly located: less than 100 meters from the beach, between the port and the village of La Capte, you can do everything by walk : restaurants, shopping, boat rental, water sports (kitesurfing, wingfoil, kayak...).
It's surrounded by a beautifully decorated 1500 m2 garden, where you'll find plenty of shady areas to relax in, and two large terraces, one of which opens onto a large infinity pool with built-in decking.

The villa includes :

- 6 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden), each with top-of-the-range bedding and refined decor.

- 5 bathrooms with walk-in showers. The bathroom next to the master bedroom also features a bath and WC.

- A large games and relaxation room (HD TV, video games, board games, comics) and sports room (balls, swiss balls, espalier tree).

- 4 WCs (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs)

- A fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for gourmets, with a central island, top-of-the-range appliances and a soothing view of the garden, terrace and pool.

- A storeroom and laundry room

- A large living area of over 70 m2, including a dining room opening onto a large, convivial lounge with comfortable sofas, a large-screen TV and a library.

- An outdoor dining room under the covered terrace, seating up to 12 guests, with a solid wood table and direct access to the pool.

The highlight of the villa is its infinity pool, perfect for refreshing dips in the Mediterranean sunshine. Around the pool, deckchairs and ombrellas provide the ideal relaxation area. A heated outdoor shower is also available for added comfort.

As this is the house where we live as a family, with my husband, our 3 children and our cat, we ask you to respect this place as if it were your own.

In our absence, our cat lives outside, so he won't bother you. If he comes near you, he loves to be petted, but we advise against carrying him because of his old age.

As the pool is located directly on the terrace, and there is an overflow tank 1 meter deep, we do not wish to welcome children who cannot swim, for safety reasons.

You will be welcomed by Valérie, who will show you around the house and be your personal contact throughout your stay!
