Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 8 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 220 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). The entrance is covered and leads directly in the living room with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC and window.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom not heatable and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Balatonszárszó. The holiday house is located on a 720 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
