Pure cruise feeling: the prime location of this modern holiday apartment will impress every Baltic Sea fan, built on the quay in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, it is only 5m to the front and 15m to the water. Unobstructed water view with south orientation!
Spend a relaxing holiday on almost 80sqm with 2 bedrooms (each with a slice view and your own TV), a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area (harbor view) and a large bathroom with (infrared) sauna with color-light therapy and a whirlpool bath.
Relax on the large south terrace directly above the water! Wonderful views included!
Your stay will be rounded off by fine parquet flooring with underfloor heating, high-quality furniture, your own parking space directly in front of the house. V. M.
Our tip: WiFi included and a separate TV in every bedroom!

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is still in the making. Therefore, there may be acoustic and visual impairments due to construction activities during your stay (the construction phase in which the apartment "Mee (h) rblick" is located has been completed). We ask for your understanding.

Your next beaches: in just 400m you can walk to the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, it is a small flat and very fine sandy bay, which is protected in the port entrance. Ideal for children and / or a nice sunbath!
When strolling through the resort you can reach the beautiful 3 km long beach of Weidefeld in half an hour, by bike or car, of course, this is much faster. In the season there are also beach chairs and a lifeguard, as well as a beach snack and a great restaurant ("Lobster"), which is also worth a trip to eat.

A brand new playground incl. Football field and basketball hoop are only 700m away in the resort, a large adventure playground can be found in Kappeln-Ellenberg.

Your next shopping opportunities:
Directly in the resort there is a new Edeka supermarket with a café (indoor and outdoor pen area) as well as a snack car, within walking distance in about 700m.
In high season you can buy fish from the cutter directly in the harbor and relax in the beach bar and enjoy the view!
In Kappeln-Ellenberg (approx. 4 km) you will find Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, a petrol station, a Danish bed storage and a bakery as well as Mc Donald's.

It takes about 10 minutes by car to Kappeln Zentrum, which is about 7 km away. A very nice bike path also leads here. In Kappeln you will find various shops, cafes, restaurants, a small cinema etc.

Schöne Häuser, tolle Lage am Kaianleger.

Insgesamt sehr gut, trotz Wasserschaden (Decke undicht). Wurde sich von Vermieterseite sofort drum gekümmert. Wir würden wiederkommen und das Objekt empfehlen.

Gute Lage, aber …

Die Lage des Objektes zwischen Schlei und Ostsee, sowie die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren sehr gut! Beim Bau des Objektes wurde keinesfalls auf den Schallschutz geachtet. Wenn man dann Obermieter hat, die bis nachts halb zwei meinen Marathon laufen zu müssen und man selbst dadurch keinen Schlaf findet …? Wir sind froh, nicht in der Hochsaison gefahren und ohne Kinder gewesen zu sein. Ausser einem Minigolfpacours bietet das Objekt nichts. Ein Restaurant ist genauso zu wenig wie EIN Müllsammelplatz, dessen Tonnen nicht einmal beschriftet sind. Wenn man die Mülltrennung will, sollte das eine Kleinigkeit sein! Zusammenfassung: Räder und Bücher einpacken, Tagestouren planen und selbst kochen!

Rundum perfekt!

Die stimmig eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und perfekt gelegene Wohnung war wunderbar geeignet für uns als eine kleine Familie. Wir wurden durch Frau Hager-Sauerborn persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Krankheitsbedingt mussten wir einen Tag später, dafür aber mit einer Person mehr anreisen. Auf diese kurzfristigen Änderungen wurde sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die völlig unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Abwicklung.

Erholsame Auszeit direkt am Wasser

In der direkt am Wasser gelegenen Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Da es kühler als erwartet war, kam die Sauna nur gerade recht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Fussbodenheizung ist sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-) Andrea & Andreas

Erholsame Urlaubstage Ende August

Sehr schönes Haus. Wohnung lag im EG mit direktem Blick auf den Hafen und auf der anderen Seite auf die Schleimündung. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht. Gegend ist toll zum Entspannen. In der Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten sich was anzuschauen oder was zu erleben.

Urlaub an der Schlei

Das Objekt ist für eine einwöchigen Urlaub zu empfehlen. Was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit unserer Wohnung. Leider hörte man die Mieter der ersten Etage bei fast jedem Schritt und allen Stuhlbewegungen. Für den Aussenbereich hätten wir uns Gartenstühle gewünscht, die Holzbank war nicht bequem.

für uns war es ideal

Die Lage auf dem Damm ist sensationell, wenn man wie ich gerne auf Wasser und Boote schaut. Mit unseren Enkelkindern würde ich nicht dahin fahren. Um zum Strand zu kommen, läuft man eine Dreiviertelstunde durch Siedlung und Baustellen. Es gibt dahin nur eine schmale Straße ohne Fuß- oder Radweg. Auf der Schlagseite kommt man gar nicht ans Wasser, weil sich dort ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet. Auch hier geht man eine lange Straße durch Unmengen von Ferienhäusern. Selbst zum abendlichen Spaziergang fährt man besser mit dem Auto. Die Infrastruktur ist noch spärlich: Ein Edeka, ein oder zwei kleine Shops an der noch nicht fertig gestellten Promenade.

Super Urlaub mit winzigen Mängeln

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Da wir die Endreinigung selber durchgeführt haben, hätten wir uns eine noch genauere Auflistung der gewünschten Reinigung gewünscht. Sowie auch Lappen und Trockentuch. Denn so musste wir das alles mit einem mitgebrachten Lappen sauber machen. Zusätzlich wäre es schôn wenn bei der Buchung gesagt worden wäre, dass sowas wie Küchenlappen und Küchenhandtuch, Klopapier und Küchenrolle mitgebracht werden müssen. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und werden es sich nochmal buchen.
