This beautiful 5 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 15 people for the ultimate desert getaway! The master bedroom is downstairs and features a King bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom also has a double-headed shower and two-sink vanity, leaving plenty of room to get ready for the day. Just off the entry, the second bedroom hosts a queen bed with direct access to a hall bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with a King bed and a triple-tier twin bunk bed, and another bedroom with a King bed and a double tier twin bunk bed with Smart TVs. Spacious house

The house was a great size and location. We loved that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The pool was fun for the kids. Plenty of bed linens and towels. My only suggestion would be to have the carpets cleaned sooner than later. They were quite stained in the common areas. Otherwise, everything was great!

Private Pool

We really enjoy our stay! The house was spacious and have plenty of room for a group and having a private pool was a huge bonus. We spent a lot of time enjoying it. However we were disappointed to find the kitchen floor in the trashcan inside the house were not clean upon arrival. Additionally, the outdoor trash bin was already full so we had to take some of our garbage to a nearby dumpster. A little more attention to the cleanliness and trash management would’ve made our stay perfect.

Fun stay with family

Plenty of space. Great kitchen and grand room. Plenty of seating for large family. Fun putt putt golf, pool and hot tub. Only complaint was the stairs and master suite entrance carpet was dirty.

The accommodations were great. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was very convenient. I unfortunately left a plug with a surge protector plugged into the bath socket on the main floor. Would it be possible for you to mail it back to me? I would be happy to pay whatever the postage cost is.

Awesome place for a family getaway!

We rented this house for spring break with some of our family. We had 13 people ranging from 3 to 60. The location was great and the house very clean. The hot tub was awesome for an evening soak. It included entry to Washington community center which was a fun place to take the kids. The beds are pretty firm but not too bad. We are already considering renting it again next year.

Our family Thanksgiving gathering

We loved this home! It fit our married kids and their kids perfectly. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean and ran properly, kitchen was equipped sufficiently, location was great, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, passes to the Washington Rec Center was a nice added touch. Management was very quick and courteous to respond. We will definitely stay at this home again.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful huge house with, plenty of bathrooms! Came in for a graduation with several people staying with us.. plenty of room! Loved that there are 5 bathrooms!! Made getting ready very easy! Washer and dryers both upstairs and downstairs was awesome! Can’t wait to come back when the pool is completed!

Best VRBO I've Stayed AT

This is the best VRBO I've stayed at. Ultra clean and extreme attention to detail. The even left soap and shampoo bottles in each bathroom. Had sanitized on each potty. The hot tub and pool where amazing. Kitchen had everything one could need to make a great meal (Example sharp knives). I usually bring my own knives and utensils.

Backyard Paradise

Paseos 1121 is a beautiful place to stay. Backyard is fantastic to lay in the sun or take a dip in the pool. Should get new pool floaties for guest use. House was plenty big enough for our family of 3, but needs a very deep cleaning. Floor grout and windows very dirty. Downstairs washing machine reeks. Some towels were washed in it and had an odor. One upstairs bed frame was off the rails allowing mattress to not be supported so we had to fix it ourselves.

Loved our stay

The house was bright and open. The kitchen had adequate dishes, pans, utensils etc. The washer/dryer on both levels was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub out back and access to the grill on a comfortable patio. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a high chair, pack and play, and a few toys for young children. In my son's words, "This was a top-tier Airbnb."

Great Property

Communications, address/directions, parking, and access into the home were great. House was in great condition. It was convenient to have bathrooms for every bedroom and a large table to sit almost all of our party. We would have enjoyed a little bit larger area for all to gather. Kids played on the xbox upstairs while adults visited downstairs. Table tennis had paddle, balls, and enough space to play. The community center had pickleball courts that were in great condition and within walking distance from the home. Note that this property is managed by a management company and has extra paperwork outside VRBO listing and terms. We will try to stay here again when our family visits St. George.

Ideal for larger groups and families

Thank you for adding to our get away experience. The house was perfect for us - 6 adults on a golfing getaway. This spacious house gave us the choice of being together when we wanted or spreading out in the separate sitting areas. Privacy for everyone as needed. The house itself is well stocked with all the essentials. A trip to the grocery store is all that was needed to make this our hub for our planned activities. It's location is ideal for accessing St. George and outlying areas. Communicating with the host was a breeze. They provided clear instructions regarding our stay and, when needed, always responded in a timely manner. Much appreciated. Thank you again - hope to return in the near future.

Washington, Utah September Stay

This property in Washington is a great place to stay. There is ton's of space and places within the home to enjoy family or friends as well as get away if you want to. This was a perfect spot for us. We have 3 married, adult children and the grandchildren are just beginning to arrive. 5 couples were able to have their own room, with a large bed, as well as a separate bathroom for every room. Everyone was very comfortable during our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. My only very minor critique would be that the kitchen didn't have any towels or wash clothes. But the kitchen was stocked with an abundant supply of kitchen smallwares, pots and pans. Everything was in great working order and good quality. Thank you for letting us stay there. We would love to come back again soon.

Overall great stay!

We loved everything about our stay Paseos 1121. It was perfect for our group of 14 people with a mix of grandparents, parents, and kids. We loved the pool and hot tub. Lay out was perfect. Our few suggestions for improvement: 1. Better kitchen utensils for cooking. 2. Better maintenance of the hot tub: on our 3rd or 4th day, the hot tub turned a greenish color and smelled bad. We contacted red sands and they had someone out quickly who ended up completely draining it and refilling. This process took most of the day unfortunately. The hot tub cover was falling apart caused little chunks of material to be floating. 3. Better experience at the subdivision pool: the slide was closed for some repairs which likely couldn't have been avoided. We also had several people have some skin issues after being in the hot tub at the subdivision pool. Maybe a problem with chemicals, not sure. Overall awesome stay but a few things to work on.

Awesome home!

Our family LOVED staying here! The private pool- the spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, the kitchen and living area were perfect for a large family. We appreciated the pool towels, pool toys and the high chair that were provided. This home is very close (walking distance ) to the community water park. We definitely will stay here again!

Sleeps 5 couples with 5 private bathrooms

Our group was 3 married couples and 4 women who didn't mind a roommate. The 5 BR en-suite bathroom set up was the deal maker for us. The home is well care for. The pool will be nice once finished. We didn't realize the community center required a car drive and mistakenly thought from internet description that we could walk. We enjoyed the cool evenings from the hot tub. There were 8 seats on the patio and it would be nice to have as many patio seats as you say the home sleeps (15). DR table seats 10, plus 4 stools at kitchen island. Side tables in LR would be convenient. The small appliances were very useful. We also used the BBQ grill.

Wonderful!

This property was everything we wanted, needed and exceeded our expectations. The house and furnishings are beautiful and top quality. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of them for everyone in our group! The location to town and interstate access was perfect and we can't imagine staying anywhere else on future trips. The management company was very responsive and helpful, loved the texting option for quick messages.
