About this property

Holiday on the Baltic Sea - a secluded location near the forest

We offer two spacious apartments just 20 minutes' drive from the Baltic Sea beach. In our house, which is surrounded by nature at the edge of the woods, you live in the upper floor. They have their own entrance and parking at the house. At your disposal we offer a 1000 sqm large sunbathing and play area with pergola, barbecue, fireplace, deck chairs, football, basketball, table tennis and bicycles on request. The apartment is newly built, bright and friendly with separate living and sleeping space on 2 levels. There is a double bed, a studio junior bed, on the second Level 3 single beds and a cot. The living hall in a rustic, cozy atmosphere offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding us nature. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and hob. The bathroom with shower and toilet is spacious and bright. The apartment is available all year round and of course completely heated. For you to use are satellite TV, DVD player, radio, CD. You can use a wide range of literature and board games. Peace seekers Nature lovers will feel attracted just as families with children! In spring and autumn, nature offers the crane migration and the resting places in our immediate vicinity, a special natural spectacle.

Familie Korff ist eine warmherzige Familie.Die unserer Familie 4x Erwachsene 3xKinder 1xHund einen herzlichen Empfang bei der Ankunft bereitete. Die Unterkunft liegt im Ersten Stock,die Wohneinheit ist großzügig aufgeteilt mit 2 Schalzimmern jeweils einem Doppelbett einem Jugendzimmer mit einem Bett das man auch noch ausziehen kann.Die Wohneinheit besitzt noch zusätzlich einen ausgebauten Spitzboden darin befinden sich ebenfalls 3 x Jugendbetten.Eine Toilette mit Dusche ebenfalls großzügig gestaltet. Eine Küche mit Essgeschirr Kaffeemaschine Toaster so wie einem Herd. Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet es hat wirklich nichts absolut gar nichts gefehlt.Ein toller Rasenplatz zum relaxten für Kinder zum Spielen Schaukel,Sandkasten Verschiedene Spielsachen sind ebenfalls vorhanden dazu noch ein schöner Grillplatz mit einer Feuerstelle.Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig sie liegt abseits von Stadt und Verkehr Sonnenuntergänge und Sterne am Himmel sind zum Greifen nahe.Deshalb fünf Sterne plus mehr als nur einfach Hervorragend Wir werden wieder kommen Familie Kiecker

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen naturnaher Lage. Kurze Entfernung zur Ostsee oder zum Vogelpark Marlow. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Dachgeschoss als Spiel-und Schlafzimmer und die große Außenfläche ideal.

Die Kommunikation zwischen der Gastgeberin und uns war unkompliziert und freundlich. Nach Stunden des Staus wurden wir freundlich in der super erholsamen Umgebung empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und sauber, die Nutzung des Gartens inkl. Grill und Feuerstelle waren unser Highlight. Der Aufenthalt war kurz aber für uns ist sicher, wir kommen wieder!!

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können ein großes Lob und Danke an unsere tollen Vermieter aussprechen. Wochenende mit der Familie

Von der Reservierung bis zum Abschied eine rundum sorglos Betreuung mit allem drum und dran. Bei der persönlichen Kontaktaufnahme, nach der Buchung, haben wir uns schon auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Eine wirklich sehr herzliche Vermieterin die weiß Ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen und dabei nicht aufdringlich zu sein 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, zweckmäßig gut eingerichtet und vor allem man hat da seine absolute Ruhe und kann mit der Familie genießen und abschalten.

Sehr nette Vermieterin ...alles sehr ordentlich und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit... „Es ist zwar am Arsch der Heide“ aber die totale Erholungsoase....Marlow ist 13min mit dem Auto entfernt und da bekommt alles was man braucht...Tip! Der Vogelpark in Marlow ist sehr sehenswert(wenn man mit Kind/Kindern da ist sollten man ein ganzen Tag einplanen...😉...die Spielplätze find der Hammer in diesem Park...und wenn es warm ist sollte man für die kleinen Badesachen einpacken es gibt dort einen Wasserspielplatz) Kurz um wir kommen wieder! Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fanden eine großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor. Die Einrichtung war modern und komfortabel. Sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene waren ausreichend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Haus und im Garten vorhanden. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen und werden die Ferienwohnung bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder buchen.
