Do you love the special?

A comfortable apartment with 58 sqm. 2 Upper floor with flair in historical building (year 1600). 2009 generously rebuilt and lovingly redesigned with large bathroom, nostalgic bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), large kitchen and stylish living room with corner sofa bed.

You have a TV, stereo and internet as well as an electric fireplace for cozy evenings available. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Kl. Dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more. Also, this apartment has a washing machine with integrated dryer and clothes horse.

The zebtral house is located on the edge of the park on the old city wall at the entrance to the old town. One of the few remaining lions head figurines testifies to the changing history of Lindau. Very nice is also the well-preserved parquet floor.

The nostalgic interior provides the framework for a romantic stay. This object is equipped for 2 persons. For a 3. Person is a sofa bed available. Due to the generous equipment, this apartment is also suitable for demanding permanent guests (price on request). Pets are not allowed.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. The Bodensee with idyllic shore and boat landing is just behind the house. There are a few steps to the market. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Es ist einfach etwas ringhörig, sowohl von der Strasse her als auch von den umliegenden Wohnungen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, bei Lärmempfindlichkeit könnte es allerdings ein Problem sein.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Altstadt. Wir haben uns vom 1. Moment an wohlgefühlt. Der Nachteil ist allerdings die Parksituation. Die Parkplätze liegen alle außerhalb der Insel. Die Buslinie 5 hält allerdings nah beim Haus und man kann kostenlos fahren

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns generell wirklich gut gefallen. Alle Wege waren relativ kurz & die Wohnung war stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage hat ein kleines Manko, denn durch die einzige Zufahrt zur Insel direkt vor der Hautür war es morgens schon sehr früh sehr laut und leider gibt es zum parken nur ein einziges teures Parkhaus in der Nähe. Man kann allerdings auf fußläufig relativ gut zu erreichende Parkplätze auf dem Festland ausweichen. Zur Inneneinrichtung fallen uns nur 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge ein: 1.) mehr Handtuchhaken oder Stangen zum trocknen im Bad denn dort trocknen die Handtücher relativ schlecht. Wir haben hierzu den Wäscheständer zweckentfremdet :-) 2.) eine Art Garderobe zum aufhängen von Jacken und abstellen von Schuhen wäre super gewesen. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden gerne zum Urlauben wieder an den Bodensee fahren.

Schöne geräumige Stadtwohnung.Alles zentral erreichbar. Nähe zum See prima. Parkplatz 10 Minuten Fußweg war ok. Wlllkommensgetränk wäre schön gewesen. Ruhestörung durch Schlagzeugspieler ( Wohnung darüber)wurde sofort nach Mitteilung geklärt.

Große Altbauwohnung, schön eingerichtet, liegt direkt am Eingang zur Insel, mit der einfach Verglasung schon sehr früh der inselverkehr zu hören. Die Abflüsse im Bad und Waschbecken laufen nicht gut ab.

Lindau im Oktober 2020

Die Wohnung ist okay, abgesehen davon das der Anwalt, der mit im Gebäude sei Büro hat, das Nichtraucher Schutz Gesetz nicht kennt. Im Hausflur richt es den ganzen Tag nach Zigaretten Qualm, ekelhaft für Nichtraucher. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, die Unterhaltungen auf der Straße bekommt man laut und deutlich mit. Es ist eben ein Altbau, dem entsprechenden auch die Fenster.Der Preis ist meines Erachtens zu hoch 70 Euro pro Tag wären angemessen.

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir 1 bis 2 Mal im Jahr Aufenthalte am Bodensee, mit Tagesausflügen nach Lindau. In diesem Jahr machten wir fest Station in Lindau auf der Insel bei einer wunderbaren Lage im Zentrum der Insel, in einer sehr komfortablen Ferienwohnung "Lindauer Löwe". Bis auf das Parkplatzproblem vor der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch ein Dankeschön an das Team der Fee vom See, das uns sehr gut betreute. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die technische Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zentrale Lage neben dem Casino und an der Brücke, die zur Insel führt, hat zur Folge, dass tagsüber der Verkehrslärm nicht zu überhören ist. Dennoch würde ich erneut diese Unterkunft wählen, sollte ich wieder Urlaub in Lindau machen. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt auch der "fee vom see".

Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo "Lindauer Löwe" war für uns der krönende Abschluss einer 4-wöchigen Reise Korsika - Toskana - Comer See. Falls es uns wieder in diese schöne Gegend ziehen sollte, ist ein erneuter Aufenthalt in diesem stilvollen Ambiente bereits vorprogrammiert!
