Beautiful sunsets and a wonderful experience

My husband and I, who live in the USA, and our friends, who live in Germany loved our stay together in this Lochau apartment. It was a great location for visiting all the sights in the area! It was fun to explore all four of the countries bordering Lake Constance. We all took turns cooking in the beautiful kitchen. And probably one of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful views from every room in the apartment. We had wonderful weather and so enjoyed sitting on the patio admiring Lake Constance. We savored the sunsets, especially on the last night of our stay. Gorgeous! It all made for wonderful memories!

Die Wohnung ist super und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küchen- und Outdoor-Ausstattung sind mehr als vollständig. Lage und Aussicht sind unglaublich - jeden Tag ggf. Sonnenuntergang über dem Bodensee. Zwei Tiefgaragenparkplätze sind benutzbar. Würde alles für eine Bewertung von 5 Sternen reichen. Aber: 1. eine Klimaanlage ist entgegen der Bewerbung auf fewo-direkt.de nicht vorhanden (es gibt zwar eine Zentralbelüftung, die aber bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht hinreichend funktioniert und in der Wohnung auch nicht regelbar ist), und 2. eines der Bäder ist eher ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche, das Waschbecken dort viel zu klein. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

Die Aussicht auf den Bodensee entschädigt für kleine Mängel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Luxus pur fehlte nur noch der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Kleine Mängel gibt es immer wie z.B.: 1 Schlafzimmer leider ohne Kleiderschrank, 1 Bad nur mit Mini Waschbecken und keine Ablagen oder Haken. Für die etwas stark befahrene Straße kann keiner etwas. Dafür Busstation gleich ums eckumsEck.

Schöner geht es kaum

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und neuwertig. Eine große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Bodensee! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die Tatsache, dass das 2. Bad eigentlich nur ein GästeWc mit Dusche und einem winzigen Waschbecken ist - dies sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden!

Grandiose Aussicht auf den Bodensee

Wir waren sehr gerne in der Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Bodensee. Am schönsten war es auf der Terrasse mit einer Tasse Kaffee, um den Blick zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und die Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Nicht ganz so toll fanden wir die Straße direkt vor dem Haus und, dass die Schlafzimmer nur Doppelbetten hatten. Das fanden unsere Kinder nicht so praktisch.

Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Blick auf den Bodensee ist einzigartig. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und modern. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Straße vor dem Haus. Der Verkehr ist eine Katastrophe. Und teilweise wird dort schnell und hochtourig gefahren. Das ist sehr laut.

Super Lage und rollstuhlgerecht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Bodensee ist einmalig. Auch war mit dem Rollstuhl alles zugänglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
