This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

One designated parking.

Other things to note:
This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

Great location but needs more attention. Broken security chain lock on front door and no sink stopper in bathroom. Both easily fixed. Parking was awkward due to backyard construction. .

This rental was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were perfect for our family. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, this came in handy the last day of our trip. The location was perfect. The host was great-super responsive and attentive. I’d stay here again.

Ray, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The bungalow was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the long weekend. It is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and convenient to some great hikes and parks as well as downtown. We will stay here again, if available, next time we visit San Jose.

I have a lot of little complaints but I don't want to sound like a karen. All though lots of little things adds up. My main complaint was the house was in front of another and the people staying behind us kept ordering groceries & food that would come to us and one time it was at 1 in the morning.

It is on a busy street, not recommended for any light sleeper, especially on a weekend. One bed is very soft and the other is firm. There are a lot of plants and flowers in front which makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic, bikers or pedestrians when pulling out. Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay.
