Ray was responsive and attentive. The rental was exactly as pictured. Check out was so simple, no list of chores to do. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring San Jose. The airport & freeways were close, tons of places to eat nearby and the neighborhood is friendly & welcoming. We felt safe and comfortable. The beds were very comfy we didn't need to ask for anything, it was all there. Very happy with our accommodation on this visit.

Great location but needs more attention. Broken security chain lock on front door and no sink stopper in bathroom. Both easily fixed. Parking was awkward due to backyard construction. .

This rental was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were perfect for our family. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, this came in handy the last day of our trip. The location was perfect. The host was great-super responsive and attentive. I’d stay here again.

The inside was fine. The outside looked great in the picture, but in reality, all of the plants outside were dead. Not much curb appeal.

The property was well stocked and clean. Great little house with everything you would need. It is on a busy road, so be careful backing out of the drive way if you have a car.

Ray, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The bungalow was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the long weekend. It is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and convenient to some great hikes and parks as well as downtown. We will stay here again, if available, next time we visit San Jose.
