This luxurious private residence is the closest ski­-In, ski-out home to Park City Mountain Canyons Village. Nestled in the woods alongside the resort base, this home offers a mountain contemporary look and feel. Walk to dinner and summer golfing, and enjoy resort fireworks off of the front patio. Easy and quick access to SLC airport (30 min). Park City Resort is planning to open the new Sunrise Gondola (10-person) in the 2025/2026 ski season (subject to final completion that only Park City resort can control). This new gondola will improve circulation and access from Canyons Village to the Red Pine area. Base terminal will be by the Pendry Hotel (just a short distance away from our back door just down the hill. Unlike its predecessor, the new Sunrise Gondola will carry skiers al the way to the Red Pine Lodge.
