Penthouse Anky is a quiet, spacious and very bright, 116m2 apartment. It is located just outside the city center. This can be reached in only 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is located in a quiet, attractive residential area and is suitable for up to 6 people. There is an elevator to the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large living room facing south. The living room has a dining area with dining table with direct access to kitchen. A generous seating area with sofas and TV (international satellite TV 40'LED TV screen) and in addition to a 2 single sofa beds. Wireless internet is available free of charge. The master bedroom with king size bed (2 mattresses) has a walk-in closet and an "en suite" bathroom. In. 2 Bedroom is a double bed. Furthermore, the apartment has a second full bathroom with shower. A private terrace offers spectacular views of the Orotava Valley and Teide summit and partial sea views. Here you can have breakfast comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven / microwave, cooking facilities, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and kitchen utensils and glassware. Washing machine, ironing board, towels and linens are provided. The complex includes a freshwater swimming pool (children under 14 years must always be accompanied by an adult). The Old Town can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. There are nearby cafes, restaurants and shopping.
Bus stop is around the corner. A taxi from Puerto de la Cruz to here costs € 3.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten ung gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider liegt des Appartement etwas außerhalb und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Pieck, die uns bei einem Stromausfall schnell und kompetent geholfen hat.

Recent stay in Penthouse Anky.

The apartment was larger enough and adequately furnished, benefitting with an outlook that gives great views of Teide. The photograph of the property is misleading though, the impression being that our apartment is represented by the photograph overlooking the pool. This is not the case and the block where the apartment is located is not shown in any outside view. All the other comments made by previous guests are in line with my experiences. We arrived very late and was lucky that Kati was available to hand over the keys!

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung war super groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool in der Anlage ist echt super (auch wenn etwas Kalt in Dezember). Bei Problem waren unsere Ansprechpartner sofort da und es lief alles Reibungslos.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet wie in der Beschreibung und sehr sauber. Der Rundumblick vom Balkon aus ist phantastisch. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit Obst und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Danke nochmal an die beiden freundlichen Damen, die diese Wohnung vermieten und betreuen. Wir können diese Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt auch selbst wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber....

...die Lage: da sich diese Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem grossen Hotel (Puerto Palace), durften wir an dem mehrmals täglichen Transfer der Hotelgäste teilhaben, denn fast alle Busse, Taxen und Mietautos nutzten dazu die Strasse " Camino del Coche". Die Steigerung waren allerdings die massenhaft vorhandenen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die "freudig" jeden Böller, der zwischen 20. 12. und 04.01.2018 gezündet wurde, anbellten, anjaulten und sonst wie lautstark begrüssten. Die Kläfferei von Hunden im Hause selbst lies sich gerade noch ertragen. Die Wohnung sollte nur von Hundeliebhaber und lärmresistente Personen angemietet werden.

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment.

This is a really nice and very clean apartment. We stayed for two weeks and couldn't fault it. It is on the second floor and there's a lift. All towels including beach towels are provided. There was a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived. Although the owner was on holiday another lady, Kati was on hand and was extremely helpful. There is no air conditioning so the apartment could really do with some fans that is the only criticism. The town is only ten minutes walk away downhill. Although we had a car we walked in and got a taxi back. It is quicker to walk than try to find a parking space. It wouldn't be difficult to walk back but it's uphill and it was very hot. Taxis only cost 3.70 euros. There are plenty of good supermarkets in the town plus there is a very nice shopping mall ten minutes drive away (La Villa) it has a hyper market inside (El Campo) that sells everything. There is a very helpful booklet in the apartment that points out where to visit and the best restaurants. We recommend you go for breakfast at the Mirador restaurant situated at the monastery. All the restaurants recommended in the booklet that we visited were very good. Also the swimming pool was very good and didn't get very busy at all.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Es ging alles sehr unkompliziert, Frau Pieck stand uns bei Fragen unsererseits immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Lage war gut, Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung und die Größe und Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Vielleicht wäre eine Klimaanlage oder ein großer Ventilator überlegenswert. Appartamento confortevole

Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento, usufruendo anche della piscina condominiale, tutto è stato ottimo. Buono l'arredamento, gentilissima la ragazza che ce l'ha consegnato, bella l'idea di far trovare frutta fresca ed acqua. Dovessi tornare in zona, sicuramente lo affitterei nuovamente.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war, abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten, sehr gut. Eine Klimaanlage war bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht nicht erforderlich. Allerdings war es - vor allem am Wochenende - von der Straße her sehr laut (Passanten und Hundegebell) , was die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt hat. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch akzeptabel. Je vous felicite avec votre appartement tres luxueux et tres propre. 10/10 - on c'est tres bien plus - alors quand on est tres bien reçu avec l'arriver. La femme qui nous a reçu tres gentis et a l'heure. Je suis tres content et on a passer des tres bonne vacances. Super Wohnung

Tolle großzügige Wohnung, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. 1 Punkt Abzug für die laute Geräuschkulisse durch Hunde in direkter Nachbarschaft die bis spät in die Nacht bzw früh in die Morgenstunden dauerhaft bellen. Hat uns aber trotzdem sehr gut gefallen!

Schöne Novemberwoche im Penthouse Anky genossen

Bilder und Angaben im Inserat versprechen nicht zuviel. Architektonisch schöne und saubere Umgebung, sehr nettes und großzügiges Apartment, kurze Distanzen zu laufen in Richtung Altstadt, Strand oder Loro-Park. Auch Übergabe und Abwicklung waren problemlos, die Tips für Unternehmungen vor Ort und Restaurantempfehlungen absolut brauchbar. Das Kombigerät Backofen/Microwelle ist Murks, die Terasse ausreichend für das Frühstück, alles andere top. Für Poolbenutzung war es zu kühl, der ist knappe 100m entfernt, gepflegt und groß. Wir können hier auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung aussprechen, man kann sich im Apartment Anky sehr wohl fühlen und wir würden auch wiederkommen. Hilfsbereite Vermieterin!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Appartementwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet (Kleinigkeiten, die wir uns noch gewünscht haben, hat die Vermieterin sofort besorgt), der Blick vom Balkon auf den Teide und das Meer war weit besser, als es die Internetwerbung versprach und den Pool hatten wir abends nach den heißen Tagen fast für uns allein. Ganz großer Dank geht an unsere Vermieterin. Nachdem uns auf einer Tour die Kreditkarten gestohlen wurden und damit Geld abgehoben wurde, hat sie sich mit erheblichem Zeitaufwand bei der Polizei für die korrekte Diebstahlsanzeige eingesetzt. Das wäre ohne gute Spanischkenntnisse nicht möglich gewesen und hat dazu beigetragen, dass uns der Verlust mittlerweile komplett erstattet wurde. So bleibt auch im Nachgang alles in guter Erinnerung.
