The 'Residence La Chiripa' is located in a tropical garden on the hill in Puerto San Fernando district. In the apartments you can easily use your own laptop to access the Internet for free!

For the 6 floors 2 lifts are available. The complex includes a large, heated pool in winter, a beautiful sun terrace with sufficient chairs.

 2 tennis courts / trainers are also available that can be used for a fee.

Even table tennis fans can rejoice, but please bring your racket.

In the immediate vicinity there are several shops where you get daily fresh bread, food, fresh fruits and vegetables and newspapers (for self)

Vis a vis are 2 restaurants, where you can eat or enjoy on the terrace or in a beautiful garden z. B. fresh cocktails.


The green, botanical Taoro Park is ideal for walking or jogging.

The wonderful terrace (163qm) invites you to eat, sunbathe and relax, table, 6 chairs and 2 chairs, and a hammock are here, of course, as an awning. The apartment is top refurbished, a very high standard. For self-catering, no desire remains open, the kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Great, apart from parking

Apartment is nice, has nice terrace and pool. Located quite a way up, so be prepared for a hike. Owner was not able to obtain a parking spot in the unit - parking nearby is HORRIBLE. I spent close to an hour driving around on at least two occasions to find a spot that was within a few minutes walk.

Spacious apartment, silent surroundings👍

The apartment with its huge terrace (sunshine in afternoons) was good with all necessary equipments. The only problem was the unstable Wi-Fi, which I unluckily didn’t check beforehand. The location of the apartment is on a hill with steep slopes and lots of stairs and that’s why you have to be quite fit, rent a car or use a taxi. Communication with the owner was very fluent, got answers right away always I asked something.

Las camas muy cómodas, lo único negativo, la limpieza de las sartenes, que tuvimos que fregarlas todas a conciencia. Hay una tiendecita al lado, para cualquier falta. El apartamento muy tranquilo y bien ubicado. Yo pondría un mínimo de material de aseo, al menos jabón de manos, porque llegamos de noche y no había nada. Hicimos la compra al día siguiente.

Das beste war die Terrasse

Leider hat die Wohnung ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Es müffelt .Im Bad häufig ganz üble Gerüche, vermutlichaus der Kanalisation. Möbel haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Bien en general, aunque no lo aconsejo para viajar en agosto, mientras no cuente con aire acondicionado. Es imposible dormir sin abrir para que entre el aire y los mosquitos te comen.

cette semaine dans le nord de tennerif est passé trop vite... beaucoup de choses à faire... la terrasse exceptionnelle de ce bel appart nous a permis de bien nous relaxer... maintenant nous partons 1 semaine dans l ouest pour les plages, la plongée et la fête pour nos filles de 22 ans

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit sehr großer Terrasse

Die Appartementanlage liegt an einer steilen Straße, die Zufahrtsstraße zum Krankenhaus ist. Das Appartement liegt zur Poolseite hin und daher trotzdem ruhig. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, aber baulich in die Jahre gekommen. In der Wohnung scheint es ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem zu geben, es müffelt. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und man hat nach Norden einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Betonruine nach Westen weniger schön. Die an sich sehr schöne Terrasse konnten wir wegen des sehr durchwachsenen Wetters weniger nutzen. Am Pool stehen jedoch ausreichend Liegen windgeschützt. Außerdem gibt es dort überdachte Sitzgruppen. Der Pool ist groß und tief genug, um richtig schwimmen zu können. Das Wasser ist auf 22° erwärmt. Parken ist in den Straßen ein Problem, man muss schon etwas suchen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und eine Parkgarage, die Stellplätze sind aber offenbar schon Monate im Voraus ausgebucht. Das Appartement liegt ca. 1 km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Der Fußweg führt überwiegend durch einen Park. Von der Stadt zurück kann man für knapp 4 Euro ein Taxi nehmen. Wlan funktioniert leider nicht zuverlässig.

Pueeto/Chiripa Great property, not so good apaetmentod

We have been staying earlier in this well managed property. This time, this one of the most expensive 2 bedroom apartment had not acceptable smell in the bathroom as well as in one of the bed rooms which we were not able to use at all. This was however compensated by the owner.

Die Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Übergabe klappte reibungslos.

Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen. Bei Problemen wurde schnell geholfen bzw. sie wurden schnell beseitigt. Es war sehr ruhig und wir haben uns prima erholt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hemos disfrutado mucho estos días, el apartamento muy acogedor y cómodo, la terraza expectacular, las fotos no la hacen mérito, mucho mejor que lo que se pueda imaginar, la piscina climatizada es una pasada, no está muy concurrida. Y lo mejor la atención de Manuela (Propietaria) y Andrea (La persona que nos recibió) Sin duda repetiremos. Un 10 para el alojamiento y otro 10 para la atención recibida. Gracias Manuela.

Tolles Appartment mit großer Terrasse, super Vermieter

Wir können dieses Objekt und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten zunächst eine Finca gemietet, aus der wir wegen technischer Probleme am 2. Tag ausziehen mussten. Wir standen also sozusagen auf der Straße. Die Vermieterin hat alles möglich gemacht, damit wir kurzfristigst das Appartment beziehen konnten. Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gesamtanlage ist zwar optisch nicht der Hit, befindet sich aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist ortsnah, aber absolut ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind extrem hilfsbereit und kümmern sich wirklich um alles. Als es ein Problem mit der Toilette gab, stand nach einem Anruf bei der Vermieterin nach einer Stunde der Klempner in der Wohnung und hat alles repariert. Einfach perfekt!

Tolle Wohnung mit Riiiiiiesen Terrasse

Wir waren im März mit 3 Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Im TV gibt es alle deutschen Sender (diesen haben wir aber in 12 Tagen nicht benötigt). Direkt vor der Terrasse (die einfach wunderbar ist) befindet sich ein Swimmingpool, der von allen Hausbewohnern (Residenten und Urlaubern) kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Des Weiteren befindet sich ebenfalls eine Tischtennisplatte neben dem Pool. Die Außenanlage und das Objekt wird regelmäßig gewartet und gepflegt. Der Pool wird ebenfalls sorgfältig geprüft und ggf. gechlort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Auf Grund der Nähe zum Krankenhaus empfehlen wir einen zusätzlichen Parkplatz zu mieten (2,50 EUR am Tag bzw. 5,00 EUR für Garagenplatz) da man manchmal etwas suchen muss. Einziger Kritikpunkt an der Wohnung ist das "wackelnde" W-LAN. Wenn der Empfang da ist und die Haustechnik nicht versagt, ist die Geschwindigkeit ausreichend. Leider war aber das Wifi im Appartement regelmäßig garnicht erreichbar. Man kann aber auch in die Lobby der Anlage, dort ist ein schnelles, kostenfreies und auch stabiles W-LAN vorhanden. Ich habe dort selbst eine Stunde per Skype telefoniert, ohne Verbindungsabbrüche zu erhalten. Abschließend können wir aber sagen, dass wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal in der Wohnung waren. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung auch Freunden und Familie.

Wonderful apartment to feel at home

It was an easy arrival with check in from the cleaning ladies. We enjoyed the apartment and especially the large terrace where you can sunbath, relax in the hammock or different (lying) chairs. The kids played with their ball and the view on the pool the park cafe (where they have simple but very nice and affordable meals and good coffee) and a you can even see the sea! The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a super holiday, very complete. The only minor thing was the internet connection. Because you share it with the rest of the building it's not always accessible and sometimes very slow. But if you go to park cafe you'll have good wifi. Many thanks for a very enjoyable holiday!
