Located in a very quiet hamlet a few minutes from Lauzerte and Montcuq where you can find all shops, markets and local products, leisure centre and many summer activities. A large salt water swimming pool, 10x5m completely renovated in 2023, private and secure is also there to entertain you in a 3000m2 wooded park, enclosed and without vis-à-vis. Very high speed Wi-Fi. Shaded terraces, garden furniture. A piano will also be at your disposal.
