Beautiful family-friendly holiday home close to the beach

The house is modern and comfortably furnished. It was completely modernized inside and out at the beginning of 2015 and equipped with three air conditioning systems. The house has a shower room, a modern fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooker and freezer and fridge combination). It is in a very quiet location in the middle of an urbanization and has family-friendly furnishings with two children's chairs, toys, children's cutlery and children's dishes. In one bedroom there is a white double bed (size 1.60mx 2.00m). In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for three people and a white baby bed from Ikea (dimensions 60 cm x 120 cm). Furthermore, the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer and has Internet. The sandy beach of Los Locos and the beautiful pool area Aldea del Mar are only 5 minutes away on foot. The house has two terraces and a garden. Relaxation guaranteed ;-)

In accordance with the regulations of the Comunidad Valenciana, stays of up to 10 nights are classified as short-term tourist rentals (Vivienda de Uso Turístico).

To offer our guests greater flexibility, longer stays are also welcome: bookings of 11 nights or more are arranged as temporary medium-term rentals under Spanish rental law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos – LAU).
