This beautiful vacation home offers a privileged location with direct access to the sandy beach. On each floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The spacious living room is on the first floor and the dining room is on the 1st floor. Of course, you can also take your meals on one of the open and covered terraces. The interior is modern and elegant. The surrounding area offers olive groves and watermelon fields. Visit the beautiful port of Kyparissia while you are here and make day trips to Olympia, Pyrgos and Kalamata with fasyinating landscapes and ancient sites.

Herbstferien bei 26⁰ - 29⁰ C an der Süd-Westküste des Peloponnes, direkt am ionischen Meer.

Wir lebten für 2 Wochen in einer Villa, die in einer prächtigen Mittelmeerumgebung lag. Großzügige Gras-/Spielflächen mit einem Oliven-/ und Pinienhain umrahmten das Gebäude. Von einer eigenen Terrasse - mit herrlichem Blick auf das ionische Meer - und ganz besonders von der angrenzenden, quasi privaten Badebucht konnten wir bei herrlichen Temperaturen um 26⁰C das Mittelmeerklima im Oktober genießen. Als weniger gut muss die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses eingestuft werden. Zum Teil sind die Sitzmöbel verschlissen und veraltert. Problematisch ist zweifellos auch die ca 2 km lange, sehr holprige Zufahrtsstraße/ Feldweg.

Ein Haus mit Potenzial und top Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Abseits von vielen Nachbarn liegt das Haus direkt am Meer. Frühstücken mit Meerblick während man beim Kaffekochen aus der Küche den Blick auf die Berge genießt. Aus dem Haus ließe sich viel mehr machen. Es hätte sauberer sein müssen, die ein oder andere Steckdose fest in der Wand sitzen sollen, ein/zwei Küchenschränke besser schließen und der Kühlschrank mal ausgetauscht werden sollen da dieser vereist. Die Zimmer dürfen gerne wertiger eingerichtet werden und wenn an der Duschbrause die Möglichkeit zum Anhängen fehlt ist es einfach ärgerlich. Der umlaufende Balkon ist genau so ein Highlight wie die kleine Sonnenterasse über den Klippen am Strand. Die Terasse am Haus durch die große Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer zu betreten macht einfach gute Laune. Das ganze Grundstück ist gepflegt und wir werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Super Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in dem Haus und es ist immer eine Oase der Erholung. Einen kleinen Dämpfer hat in diesem Jahr die Erholung bekommen, da der Herr, der uns auch die Schlüssel übergeben hat, sich direkt am Steg vor dem Haus exhibitionistisch zur Schau gestellt hat, so dass man gar nicht mehr aus dem Meer kommen wollte und die nächsten Tage immer erst schauen musste, ob er auch nicht am Strand ist.
