House Rules:

*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*No pets of any other kind are allowed. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Explore Boise
Came to Boise to visit our son and chose this rental as it was near his home. Very comfortable accommodation and within walking distance of coop, restaurants and parks. Very quiet location. Spent our days exploring so wasn’t a concern that there is no great view to this location. Would definitely stay hear again!

Perfect home base
Stayed a week here for a work trip, and this condo was the perfect spot to decompress from the long work days. Has a desk area which was helpful. Loved being across from the Co-op and a few restaurants, and just a few minutes driving to downtown. Furniture was all very comfortable, nice kitchen space to cook. I make a lot of tea and appreciated the water kettle! Thanks for providing a great stay!

Mixed feelings
Overall, the apartment itself is exactly what we needed for a short stay in Boise. It's clean, comfortable and well stocked. We've stayed in a Habitue Homes property before and they do a nice job of managing their rentals. The location is where the review gets a little mixed for us, which is more on us getting to know Boise than anything. The positive is that it is really convenient to get to downtown or the quaint Hyde Park commercial district from here. The downside is that it's on the very edge of the North End area so the complex itself doesn't really have that charm we had hoped for. It's an older building sandwiched against a couple other older apartment buildings near fairly busy roads. The view from the patio is into an alley so you are just looking at the backside of houses and their garbage cans. It also reminded me of why I don't like apartment living. You hear too much of other people's business and somebody decided late Friday night would be a good time to professionally video a muscle car peeling out in the parking lot. I still think this is a good place to rent as long as you know what it's about going in. If you really just need an affordable home base to explore Boise, it might be a good option.
