Super Lage aber Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Auch nach grau du roi ist es nicht weit. Genug Aktivitäten im Umland vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist aber in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand und wurde schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Allergiker sollten es besser meiden.

Bilder sind positiv, aber im Prinzip korrekt

Anlage äusserlich ok, aber der Anblick von Treppenhaus und Wohnungstür versetzt erstmal einen Schreck. Zum Glück Wohnung innen deutlich besser. Küche und Bad bereits renoviert- prima. SZ ok, Möbel eher alt. KiZi nicht benötigt - ist aber auch nicht so schön. Bettwäsche könnte mal gereinigt werden. Freisitz ist toll. Lage ist toll. Ruhige Gegend, etwas Abseits. Gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer..

Bel appartement: spacieux avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. La terrasse est immense. L'accès à la plage est à deux pas. La cuisine est bien équipée avec en plus lave vaisselle et lave linge! Les points negatifs : le ménage mediocre qui a été signalé à plusieurs reprises lors des locations précédentes. La poignée d'une chambre cassée.

Constat d'une semaine de vacances !!!!

Impossible de récupérer les clés à 12h, porte de douche déboité, lunettes de toilette cassé, au final je récupère les clés 17h30, Dans l'appartement aucun drap et housse, le gars de l'entretien vient sans prévenir !?!!!!! Le dernier jours une dame de l'agence interhome a trouvé le temps de m'appeler avec un ton arrogant et limite menacant pour rendre les clés 14h, quand je lui demande pourquoi elle ne m'a pas appelée pour l'agent d'entretien la sa bagaye, voilà. L'appart et top, l'agence et nu

Lage perfekt; Zustand nicht akzeptabel

Zunächst: Die Wohnung entspricht bezüglich Lage und der abgebildeten Möbel der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend. Meerblick sogar auch aus dem hinteren Kinderzimmer und direkter Zugang zum Strand ohne Straße oder Wege dazwischen. Die Wohnung war schlicht dreckig. Alle Möbel irgendwie schmierig. Schimmel war dort zu sehen, wo die Duschtür in den Schienen geführt wird. Der Boden war nicht richtig geputzt. Haare (sogar in den Schubladen des Badschrankes), Sand und... ? waren darauf. Die Toilettenschüssel, obschon die Brille jüngeren Datums als die Schüssel selbst sein müsste und dennoch nicht schadfrei war, zeigte dunkelbraune und festgekalkte Spülspuren... die Wände des Toilettenräumchens sind offenbar vor schon etwas längerer einem recht dunklen, glänzendem Braunton bemalt worden. Kein Kommentar dazu. Was bei den Photos bewusst ausgeblendet wurde, waren die Sperrmüllmöbel, die sich zusätzlich zu den abgebildeten in der Wohnung befinden. Irgendwelche Kommoden und Anrichten-Schränke, die von Oma hätten schon vor Jahren auf dem Sperrmüll hätten entsorgt werden sollen. Das Interieur des "Wohnzimmerschranks" wäre für jeden Keller zu schäbig - unbenutzbar. Es gibt 2 Bügelbretter. Warum das völlig verrostete und vergammelte Teil auf dem Balkon des Kinderzimmers von niemandem entsorgt wird, weiß wohl nur die Agentur... zusätzlich funktionierte der Fernseher schlicht nicht. Haben wir aber nicht reklamiert, da für uns nicht nötig, so dass die Agentur während unseres Aufenthaltes (waren nur 4 Tage über ein Wochenende) auch keine Chance zur Nachbesserung hatte. Das kostenpflichtige WLAN hingegen funktionierte gut. Gott sei Dank hatten wir eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit, denn was da an Decken angeboten wurde... gruselig. Mussten wir gottlob nur zweimal anfassen bei Einzug und Auszug. Es gab aber hygienische Einmaltücher für Kopfkissen und Matratzen. The appartment was dirty and some very old and shabby furniture, which cannot be seen in the pictures, should be thrown away immediately and be exchanged - in this condition not usable. In the toilet room with brown painted walls there have been "brown stripes" in the toilet bowl. The rails of the door of the shower cubicle showed mildew spots. But the location itself is perfect. Sea view from all windows and direct access to the beach without any street or something like that. What is shown in the pictures is true, but not everything is shown...

La mer au balcon !

Très bien placé, les pieds dans l'eau et la mer comme vue du matin au soir. Confortable. Dommage que la propreté soit un peu négligée.

Changez les serrures!!!

Superbe appartement, emplacement idéal, la cuisine et la salle de bains super, moderne pratique. Le grand lit à revoir (support des sommiers) et surtout changer les serrures de la porte d'entrée. Sinon séjour agreable.
