PARECE MAS DE LO QUE ES.
La atención y responsabilidad de interhome ante los problemas, es rápida y amable se hacen cargo en todo momento de la situación. La casa no dispone de Aire Acon. aunque en las fotos se vea que si, la casa tiene una falta de limpieza importante, en general, a destacar la cocina un asco todo pegajoso, utensilios, platos, ollas,sartenes se deberían de cambias, como los electrodomésticos tipo cafetera, microondas, tostador muy viejos y da mania usarlos. Baños por igual.Mal wifi. Literas incómodas.

dissatisfaction. We contacted our local team about your comments and
have since recieved confirmation that the cleaning is always completed
by the owners of the property in the couple of days leading up to
customer arrivals. We can assure you, that they do their best to ensure
that the quality of cleaning is of a high standard. We can also confirm
that all appliances have been checked over and are in working condition.
We do however apologise for any confusion caused in regards to air
conditioning, however there is no unit installed into this holiday home
and therefore is not available as a service during the stay. We
nevertheless hope to see you back with our company again soon.

maison bien équipée
Maison mitoyenne très mal insonorisée. Nous y sommes allés en octobre, le temps était frais et humide, il faisait 18 dans la maison et 85 % d'humidité. Les premières jours nous avons eu froid car pas de chauffage. De plus il n'y avait pas de couverture complémentaire seule un petit d'édredon de 5 cm d'épaisseur. Je déconseille cette location lorsque le temps n'est pas au soleil.et à la chaleur surtout fin octobre.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage.Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen.Werden wir wieder buchen. JEDOCH HABE ICH EINE ANMERKUNG: Die Veranstaltungen vor Ort sollten von Interhome besser dargestellt werden z.B Plan Touristentrain, Veranstaltungen vor Ort (als Mappe bei Übergabe Schlüssel Check in). Ich weiss dafür gibt es die Touristeninformation, dies ist als Service von Interhome zu betrachten. Ich will nochmals erwähnen das alles zur besten Zufriedenheit war.Herzlichen Dank auch an die Interhome Mitarbeiter in L'escala...sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit besten Grüssen Familie Pfisterer
