A secluded cabin surrounded by 21 acres of beautiful dense trees and the tranquil sounds of nature. Tucked away on a private road. Stay in and relax or go and enjoy all that this area has to offer. It is a haven for a couples getaway and provides the quietness needed to escape the demands of a busy life.
Just minutes away from Brow Park & downtown Mentone.
*Recent complete transformation to freshen up the space inside & out. ALL NEW furniture, WiFi, lighting, bedding, linens and accessories.,
The space
Inside, you’ll find a full, well equipped kitchen complete with a table for four and counter top seating. Gather together and unwind by the stone gas fireplace while you enjoy the large Smart TV in the living area. Outside you can enjoy the huge wrap around porch, comfy swinging bed, fire up the gas grill or the charcoal grill for a cookout and enjoy dinner under the stars at the outdoor table, cozy up around the large fire pit or just relax in the hot tub and watch for visiting wildlife in the surrounding forest.
Also feel free to take a stroll through the lush woods and relax by the creek that runs through our property.
***The home does have Satellite based internet and Dish TV. Pls keep in mind both can be affected by inclement weather, unfortunately Mentone is not known for their services when it comes to internet, cellular or satellite. AT&T is one of the only cellular providers that you will have consistent service on the mountain. So if you are ready to disconnect and unwind Mentone will definitely help you achieve that goal ;)

Our family stayed in the black fox cabin 2/13-15/26. We had a wonderful time there. The cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub and fire pit were a huge bonus! The cabin itself was decorated so nicely. We spent Saturday, 2/14 hiking to Desoto Falls and we were able to check out the wildflower cafe as well. It was a short trip to celebrate our daughter's 13th birthday, and we were able to do what all she had on her lists to see! Highly recommended this place and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home in the forest with total privacy! Comfortable living room and bedrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Note that both bathrooms with showers can only be accessed through the bedrooms, so best for families or close friends :)

Absolutely loved this cabin and its host. We hiked, we ate, we played games and relaxed. Everything was perfect. Nicci was available whenever we needed her for questions or special requests. Beautiful secluded cabin

We loved this beautiful secluded cabin. It was perfect for our family spring break trip. The host was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. We enjoyed hiking to the creek, soaking in the hot tub, playing games that were provided, and generally relaxing and enjoying nature.
