We are renting our main residence for 2 weeks this summer. It is a large house of 150m2 fully equipped with a large bright living room, 4 bedrooms with 4 large double beds, including 1 master suite with private bathroom and direct access to the terrace and view of the pool.
A fenced garden of 800m2 not overlooked, with a large terrace with its bioclimatic pergola, a heated swimming pool secured by its sliding terrace. An outdoor kitchen like tiki bar with its barbecue and plancha and a brazier area to finish the evenings by the fire. Petanque court, ping pong table and playground to entertain young and old.
You have the possibility to park your vehicles inside with its tarmac and secure access.

Quiet area on the edge of the forest close to all amenities (Leclerc less than 5 minutes away and village shops less than 10 minutes by bike) and several activities (tree climbing, fun farm with attraction, canoeing/kayaking, walk in the forest, cycle path linking the basin and beach, etc...)
The accommodation is ideally located at the gateway to the Arcachon basin, giving you access to the beach of Biscarrosse, the Dune du Pilat or the markets of Arcachon as well as the Bordeaux agglomeration less than 45 minutes away.
