Points négatifs :Contrairement à ce qui été écrit dans l’annonce, pas de lave-vaisselle, critère de sélection pour nous.Appartement situé au quatrième étage, sans ascenseur, ce qui n’était pas précisé.Pas de wifi.À notre arrivée, du linge mouillé dans la machine à laver.Le linge de toilette mis à disposition sentait mauvais et était donc inutilisable.Une grosse fuite sous l’évier.Le robinet de la cuisine pas fixé sur l’évier.La manivelle du volet du séjour cassée, empêchant la fermeture.La lunette des toilettes décrochée.Les placards en grande partie occupés par des effets personnels.L’évier qui ne « bouche pas » pour la vaisselle.Aucun plat ni saladier.Une grande télé… sur laquelle on ne peut pas regarder les chaînes, seulement des DVDs.« Petit déjeuner possible sur le balcon », disait l’annonce… mais debout (pas de chaises ni de table, faute de place). Pas de pression à la douche (4éme étage)Banquette en skaï du séjour, plus qu’usée.La lumière de la lampe de chevet est si faible qu’il est impossible de lire.Points positifs :Lit confortable (mais literie tachée).Chambre calme avec vue sur parc.Belle vue du balcon.L’hôte répond rapidement.
