Just what I needed. Close to my family. Visited family and friends. Glad that the YMCA was close. Went to Clayton. Traveled to Rochester area. All was very convenient.
Very nice weekend. Clean, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, updated kitchen and bath and located in the heart of Watertown. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the enclosed back porch. We never cooked there but everything we needed for a breakfast was provided. TV easy to use. Very pleasant all the way around.
This was a great place to stay for an impromptu trip in the north country. Clancy was attentive and checked in frequently to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely consider future stays here moving forward.
My husband and I had a very pleasant day in this home. I loved the peaceful neighborhood. The owner of this rental is very pleasant and congenial. I have actually never had the opportunity to meet the host of a rental before. She was very helpful and easy to contact and responded quickly to inquiries. She made the home very pleasant to stay in with added little niceties like a welcoming basket of goodies. Everything was provided in the home that we needed. Including all linens, hand soaps, coffee, coffee maker, any kind of kitchen utensil that we needed was available. I would definitely rent this place again if I was in the area. Thank you for a very nice stay.
The charming property is a very welcoming place to stay. Clancy made sure everything was perfect and that we had a wonderful overnight stay. We loved the decor and the ambiance. We will come back for sure but until then we hope many other guests will stop by this beautiful property!
We drove up on a tree lined street with beautiful historic homes, and were delighted to find we were staying at this GEM! As beautiful on the inside as the outside - well appointed and welcoming. We could easily have stayed longer, the accommodation was great! Clancy was available to us immediately to answer questions. HIghly recommend!
My sister and I stayed for two nights while our dad was at Samaritan Medical Center. The apartment is absolutely wonderful. It’s very clean, well decorated and has everything you need. Clancy is an excellent host. She met us briefly upon our arrival to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is stocked with more than I’ve experienced in a rental. She certainly is a super host! We will stay again.
Outstanding VRBO (and we have stayed in many across the country). There was such attention to detail, anticipating every need. Lovely space, so comfortable. Our host was gracious-wonderful communication. Can’t say enough good!!
This is our third stay over Christmas visiting family, this home is centrally located close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and in a walkable safe neighborhood. Coffee, water and snacks are provided, kitchen has all your cooking needs. Comfortable bed and cleanliness is impeccable. Thank you.
I had a wonderful stay. I had been in Watertown so many times before but Clancy opened my eyes to many things I didn't know about Watertown e.g history, parks, music and related venues. Can't say enough positive things... Highly recommended.
The host was lovely. She met us upon arrival and let us know she would be available if we needed. However, we really didnt need to contact her as Check-in was clear and easy. We had everything we needed during our stay. We would certainly stay again if we are in the area
Clancy is a welcoming and thoughtful host! Her communication before and during our stay was prompt and very kind. She absolutely has the gift of hospitality and it is clearly evident in her home. The amenities are beyond adequate and Clancy has thought of all the details travelers might need, use and enjoy while visiting. We very much appreciated the snack basket, filtered water and the extras in the fridge! The apartment was extremely clean and the linens were plentiful and like new. The neighborhood is delightful, quiet and in a great location for easily accessing Watertown and the beautiful, quaint towns along the St. Lawrence. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Clancy, for sharing your treasure of a home with us!
We stayed for a week to visit family and vacation in the area. This apartment had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay plus extra special attention from the owner. We had a great time and hope to stay here again.
Great location, easy to walk downtown and beyond.
Visit the library - the interior is amazing. State Street Market is an interesting stop too.
Fun art in the apartment and we really appreciated the snacks and coffee stash.
Easy check in and communication.
A very enjoyable stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at Clancy's apartment. She was a fantastic host and communicated well. She left lots of tasty snacks and drinks in the apartment for guests and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including coffee and fixings.
The location is perfect; just a short walk to the downtown area and an easy drive to the highway for access to the lake and river areas. I would definitely recommend Clancy's apartment for your stay in Watertown.
A lovely older home with character, nicely furnished and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. I was given good clear detailed instructions for check in.
A wonderful property! Modified Victorian house with outstanding kitchen, bathroom, LR, and four poster bed. The best place we’ve experienced of the dozen or so sampled in past year. Clancy was excellent as host!
The best place to stay in Watertown! Charming Victorian era home with designer touches and modern amenities make this the perfect location to enjoy all the sites in and near Watertown. Clancy is welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a private, one bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen in a beautiful part of Watertown. Just lovely! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
