The modern 60 m² non-smoking apartment with 1 separate bedroom with double bed is very high quality and has a lot of comfort. In the kitchenette there is a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven and microwave. A modern shower room and external blinds are also available. From the large balcony you can enjoy the sunsets overlooking the island Neuwerk. The apartment has free internet. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available seasonally.

Dank der besonders geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sauberen Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte, konnte der Urlaub nicht schiefgehen - egal wie auch das Wetter gewesen wäre. Schön war auch die Sicht aufs Wasser.

Tolle und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt ist super, man wohnt quasi direkt am Strand. Der Strandkorb war in direkter Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Aufgefallen ist uns die sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck. Volle Weiterempfehlung.

Eine rundum-wohlfühl-Wohnung!

Bei dieser geräumigen Wohnung ist jeder Raum sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt überall Stauraum. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn, Bücher, Spiele ... alles da. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Senseomaschine ...) und nicht einfach nur zusammengewürfelt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer: wenn alles klar ist, kann man bis zur Insel Neuwerk sehen - vom Schlafzimmer, vom Wohnzimmer und natürlich vom Balkon aus. 2 - 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haustür aus und man ist am Strand. Genauso weit ist es zum Ahoi-Bad. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man sitzt im wohnungseigenen Strandkorb. Der Bus fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab, daher ist die Anbindung an umliegende Orte und dem Bahnhof sehr gut. Unser Auto stand geschützt im darunterliegendem Parkhaus (Aufzug vorhanden). Es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlungswert!
