Large house with lake access

The house is located in Zehdenick, OT Marienthal and is nestled in a private residential and cottage colony on the Great Wentowsee. The settlement has the Great Wentowsee a private shore area, beach and jetty. From the building to the lake there are approximately 80 m. It is generally very quiet.
The house itself is fairly complete and mostly refurnished. It has living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and gallery, outdoor terrace and garden.
The house is very suitable for 4 - 6 people, which also sleeps up to 8 people are available.
Even a DSL connection is available.

It is possible (5m x 2.30m size boat) provide for the period of their stay a web space for a small boat. The Wentowsee itself is about 13 km long and has connection to the Havel. The lake is an excellent fishing waters.
A small shop with fresh bread etc and fishing tackle is on foot in 8 minutes away. Furthermore, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance, one of which is to settle in the area of ​​upscale restaurants.
The surrounding area is ideal for cycling amateurs. . Among other results of the cycle track Berlin - Copenhagen by Marienthal and through the historic Tonstichlandschaft Zehdenick - Burgwall - Marienthal with about 68 small lakes.

Es war alles Super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die absolute Ruhe genossen. Der gut zugängliche See war grade für die Kinder ein Highlight und die Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Kanus und des Bootes war für die Erwachsenen genau das richtige. Der Gastgeber war freundliche, die Kommunikation war super und für Fragen und Anliegen immer offen.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Natur 100% und Ruhe 200% .....Ferienhaus okay/ 250m Naturweg vom Parkplatz zum Haus( keine Möglichkeit am Haus wenigstens 1Auto zu parken macht An- und Abreise zum Fitneß und Trolleys planieren wenigstens den Weg( Ironie AUS)! Uns wurde gleich am Anfang von den "lieben" Nachbarn die Regel beigebracht bzw. eher, was man gar nicht gerne sieht! Restmülltonnen bei Abreise verschlossen ( wir hatten Abend davor aber schon entsorgt) Wer Nachbarn hat und vermietet.....nun gut :-)! Treppe in den 2 Stock ist etwas historisches aber wir waren nur 5 ( also 1 Person hatte die A-Karte) Wir haben den öffentlichen Badestrand und Angelsteg genutzt.....# Nachbarn! Viel Erfolg Herrn Groth weiterhin bei der Vermietung!!!

Gemütliches Mädelswochenende

Wir waren zu acht und hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, geschmackvoll, praktisch und gemütlich mit genügend Platz drinnen und draußen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus können wir wärmstens empfehlen :)

Ferienhaus mit seezugang

Das haus war toll da gibt es nix zu bemängeln.aberdie bilder vom haus ließen darauf schließen das es einen eigenen seezugang gibt das ist nicht so Man muss erstmal laufen und mit rollator oder rollstuhl sehr schlecht da grosse Kiesel auf den wegen sind.und wenn man den weg geschafft hat kommen die bösen nachbarn und fragen was man den hier mache.wir hatten diesen urlaub als angelurlaub gebucht was auf dieser anlage überhaupt nicht erwünscht ist und erst nach 20 uhr möglich wäre naja wird das letzte mal gewesen sein.es müssten einige bilder und Angaben geäändert wetden in der Beschreibung.

Langes Familienwochende im Juni

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr schönen lage. Ein netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die nutzung eines Kanus sowie eines kleinen Ruderboot mit Außenmotor wurde uns auch ermöglicht. Im Haus selber war alles Vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden und würden es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten alles, eas wir brauchten, vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Nachbarhäuser sind sehr dicht, dafür ist der See aber direkt vor der Tür
