Here you live in harmony with nature, on a 900 sqm water plot, with 60 m waterfront.
Has it always been your dream to spend your holidays with the whole family or a few friends in a big house on the lake? Then you are exactly right here.
We look forward to you! Be our guest!

Am Nesselpfuhl, on one of the seven lakes that surround the rafting town of Lychen, lies our beautiful holiday home, in the midst of the Uckermärkische Seen nature park. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, anglers and nature lovers.

The house has a floor area of ​​150 sqm. We have furnished it comfortably and lovingly for you. Here can accommodate up to six people in it. Soon also eight people. Summer and winter you can relax by the fireplace. The large living room with conservatory on the ground floor offers plenty of space to eat and relax. The light-flooded winter garden is also an ideal playground for children.
The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area.
On the ground floor is the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

You can make yourself comfortable on our open terrace. Listen to our gently babbling brook or just look at the water.
And if it rains, you can still sit outside - our covered terrace offers protection. Garden furniture, fire bowl and a barbecue are available.

Ample parking is available directly on the premises.
Also a garage is at your disposal.

From your own dock, you can fish or launch our kayak.
You can also use the rowing boat.

Upon request, fishing licenses can be purchased.

The host requested that we pay an additional fee, despite this being included in the description of the property. While we were able to secure a refund from Vrbo this added additional stress and complexity to our stay. In addition, the towels supplied did not cover all guests and were at time unsuitable, I.e. bath mats or hand towels rather than full towels. There was also limited toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, which meant we had to purchase our own, another inconvenience.

Der Aufenthalt war entspannent und wirklich schön.Das Haus und das Grundstück waren sauber und boten viel Platz. Schade war nur, das das Grundstück zum Wasser hin sehr verwachsen war, so dass man nicht von Land aus ins Boot einsteigen konnte. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Man konnte viel unternehmen, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad. Für Angler wäre es auch attraktiv, wenn die Padelboote nicht stören würden.Unser Hund har sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns Auskunft über mögliche Besuche, wie z. B. Gaststätten gegeben.Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Alles lief reibungslos. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unterkunft mit viel Platz und schönen Garten am See. Es ist alles da für einen schönen Urlaub: Ruderboot, Kanu, Grill, Platz für die Fahrräder ... Wir haben in der Woche gar nicht alles nutzen können. Bushaltestelle, Einkaufen direkt in der Nähe. Tolle Badestelle schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen in der Nähe. Top Cafe mit super Essen in toller Atmosphäre mit sehr netten Besitzeren direkt nebenan.

Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus

Obwohl das Ferienhaus im Ort an einer Durchfahrtstraße liegt, ist es direkt am Wasser gelegen und gibt den Blick frei auf das gegenüberliegende naturbelassene Ufer. Dort beobachtet man Rehe und Kraniche, aus dem Wasser hinter dem Haus steigen Gänse und Enten mit ihren Küken an Land.

Alles wie beschrieben- eigentlich noch besser, viel Platz, die Ausstattung perfekt, die beiden Boote haben wir jeden Tag reichlich genutzt. Schwan und 2 Gänsefamilien kamen uns besuchen, für schlechtes Wetter gibt es im Wintergarten viele Bücher... Danke für die leckere Marmelade :-) Nur die Straße ist tatsächlich stark befahren und der Lärm stört etwas in der Nacht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Lage am See ist wunderschön.Die Gestaltung des Grundstücks ist liebevoll .

Sehr schönes Objekt, direkt am See. Man konnte sofort zum Paddeln starten und baden. Es war alles ok, alles war vorhanden, Paddelboot, Angelkahn, Tischtennisplatte, Sportgeräte, genügend Parkplätze und Platz. Leider ist die Straße vor dem Haus etwas laut. Die Fahrzeuge fahren sehr schnell. Tempo 30 wäre wünschenswert.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tischtennisplatte in großer Garage, Ruderboot (mit wackeligen Rudern), Topzweierkajak, Bademöglichkeit, Angelstelle, Grillplatz... was will man mehr!? Alles ist wie angegeben und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Haus liegt direkt an einer stark frequentierten Straße, die man nicht wirklich spürt! Netto, Bäcker und das Fahrgastschiff Möwe sind in uns mittelbarer Nähe!
