Charming vacation home surrounded by a park-like garden, just 50 meters from the lakeshore and 200 from the beach of Bogliaco. The house is distributed on three floors connected by an elegant staircase. On the first floor: bright living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower; On the second floor: twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and double bedroom with private bathroom; On the second floor (attic): Double bedroom with private bathroom. Laundry room available in the basement. Your vacation home offers a spacious outdoor area where you can admire the typical lake vegetation along paths with stone niches. The area is ideal for visiting the beautiful Toscolano Maderno (4.9 km) with its picturesque panoramic walks; Gardone Riviera with the Vittoriale 10 km; The famous Salò, with its elegant stores and restaurants, is 15 km away. The picturesque villages of the lake can be reached by boat. At 100m distance are also possible sports activities such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, diving and tennis. In addition, you can go hiking, mountain -biking and horseback riding. Nearby there are numerous nature parks and water parks for the entertainment of young and old!

Ausstattung wird immer schlechter und Service mangelhaft

Wir werden nicht noch einmal das Haus buchen (wir waren das dritte Mal dort), da falsche und bezahlte Bettwäsche nicht sofort getauscht wurde und wir Laken und Bettbezug "basteln" mussten, die Müllentsorgung nicht funktioniert, bzw. der Mieter dafür sorgen muss, dass der Restmüll auf der "Müllkippe" abgegeben wird, die Küchenausstattung mangelhaft ist, wir haben z.B. Tassen und Gläser kaufen müssen, die Kaffeemaschine defekt ist, die Gartenmöbel immer schlechter werden. Die Lage ist top, der Service schlecht.

Schönes Objekt in schöner Lage, aber Achtung bei Nebenkosten

Wir waren eine Woche im April im Ferienhaus mit 2 Familien und 1 Hund. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, auch wenn es schon die ein oder andere Macke hat. Das Grundstück ist einfach super toll und die Lage in Seenähe super. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und vorhandenem Inventar gab es nichts zu meckern. Aber Achtung bei der Vor-Ort-Zahlung von Energie und anderen Leistungen. Uns wurde zu Beginn eine Vorauszahlung in Rechnung gestellt, die wir bar bezahlt haben. Darin Reinigung, Hundeaufschlag, Bettwäsche, Kurtaxe und Energie. Wir dachten, dass am Ende abgerechnet wird. Aber das Geld wurde komplett einbehalten mit der Aussage 10 € pro Tag für Elektrizität (8 € lt. Anzeige) und 6 € pro Tag für Gas (pro m³ lt. Anzeige). Da die Gasheizung nicht ging, haben wir insgesamt nur ca. einen halben m³ Gas für Kochen verbraucht. Lt. Berechnung haben wir ca. 100 € mehr bezahlt als veranschlagt - daher auch die 3 Sterne Bwertung. Da wir uns leider keine Quittung haben geben lassen, kann uns FeWo auch nicht bei einer Reklamation unterstützen. Pech für uns, aber für alle anderen Urlauber der Hinweis: Lasst euch eine Rechnung geben.

Tolles Haus mit leichten Schwächen

An und für sich ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und großen Garten. Aber die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - überall noch Staub und Dreck, eines der 3 Bäder ist ein gespielter Witz. In dem schönen Garten fehlen leider Liegen und es wurde auch erst am vorletzten Tag Rasen gemäht ! Alles in allem aber für den Preis noch im Rahmen
