This spacious, but quaint 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is ideally suited for a large family or group. Vineyard Dr. is nestled in the beautiful hills of Bountiful, just 17 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake City and SLC airport. The picturesque neighborhood is a perfect spot to relax, recharge or experience a multitude of recreational activities within close proximity of the home. For the youngsters, try Lagoon, a world-class amusement and water park, just minutes away.

While visiting with us, enjoy the 180 degree view from the master suite balcony, gazing at the Oquirrh Mountains, and the Great Salt Lake. Or, simply relax while enjoying the BBQ on the backyard deck that overlooks lush landscaping and a bronze sculpted fountain. Yard is spacious for playing & picnicing.

While in our beautiful city, experience wonderful Mueller State park or simply one our many community parks. Bountiful and Davis County are full of amazing canyons, rivers, waterfalls and hiking trails. There are a multitude of mountain bike single tracks, ATV trails, and challenging treks for an off road motorcycle. Also near top rated golf courses.

When joining us in the winter season, the opportunity for outdoor activities are endless, from downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross county skiing, snow biking and snowshoeing. There are 13 world class ski resorts all within 35-50 minutes of Bountiful.

Sleeps 16: King 2; Queen 2; Full & single bunk 3; 3 twins; 3 sleeper sofas to accommodate 5-6 more. New mattresses. 2 1/2 baths.

3 Big Screen TV's - 55". Two on main floor and one in master.

Enjoy the viewing deck, off the master! Only light folding chairs & only 5-6 guests (depending on size) on deck at a time. No unattended children.
No illegal drugs or disorderly conduct. Please practice fireplace and Bar-B-Q fire safety habits. Mountain yard is uneven, please be careful.

This was a convenient and adequate place for our large family to stay while we were in Utah for a family wedding. The neighborhood was great — quiet, friendly, safe, beautiful. There was enough room for us. The beds were just a bit on the uncomfortable side, however they did the job as advertised. Overall, this was a nice place with great views and adequate amenities.

Great location and space

This was the perfect location and space for our family. We had a slight issue with the fridge going out, but Nancy cae and fixed it right away and there were no further issues. Everything we could have wanted was already in the house and there was a great backyard.

Annual family trip to Lagoon

This house was perfect for a large group with seven children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect for getting around. It was about 14 minutes to Lagoon which was our primary destination. The views from the house were incredible.

With a big family multiple hotel rooms just doesn’t work well. A property like this has been a lifesaver for family vacations. Well kept. Great spaces for entertainment, games, etc. Plenty of comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Made our trip a joy.

Winter Vacation

This property was exactly as it was described. The house was clean, the beds quite comfortable and the views were divine. Nancy was quite responsive and accommodating. Our group was part skiers and part someone visiting family. This house was equidistant to both Snowbird and the persons family. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Quiet home. Perfect for family gathering

This was our first time renting a VRBO. Three generations of our family met to enjoy a weekend together. The home was clean with room to spread out. We gathered in the kitchen/dining area and cooked together. We watched tv and played games. We felt it was a "home away from home". The host was very attentive to our questions and kind. This home had great reviews, but surpassed our expectations. The host clearly paid great attention to details. Seasonal decorations in every room on the first floor. Impeccably clean. Well appointed kitchen with anything you could want (plenty of dishes, glass ware, cookware, barbecue tools, small appliances, etc…). Wonderful soaker tub. Lots of fluffy towels. Steamer for clothing in master closet. Ample bedding, extra blankets and pillows. Amazing views from deck, balcony, and master bedroom windows. Well written notes regarding where to find various items around the house, how to work some of the furniture that opened into beds, etc… Host responded quickly to my questions, was courteous, thoughtful, and kind. Gathered for Wedding

Our family was fortunate to find such a great place to stay for the wedding of our son/brother. It was cozy and room at the same time and provided the space needed for our entire family to travel in for the event.
