It’s walking distance to the tracks and about an 18 minute walk to the convention center downtown.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash out to the outside garage. Turn lights off except front porch. Please leave heat A/C on for the cleaners as well as the next guests.
Must have dishes in dishwasher and started. Must also have 1 load of sheets in washer that is started before leaving. Thank you for staying at our home.
Must lock all doors and windows.

Nicely set up place. Very cozy. Houses around it look a lil sketchy, but it seems to be very safe. Plenty of room to sleep. Very cozy and close to variety of food and entertainment sources.

The house is very clean and updated. The amenities in the kitchen and bath were wonderful and far exceeded expectation. The rooms are smaller than the pictures make them seem. The bunk beds are basically in a closet. The walls are very thin and the doors are very noisy. Could also use way less decorative pillows on the beds since there's not a lot of space to put them when you want to sleep. But all in all, a lovely little home.
