This small cottage is located on 60 acres outside of Roundtop. Peaceful and comfortable, this vintage decorated cottage has all the modern comforts. An outside patio area has string lights hung over a table and chairs along with a fire pit and barbeque grill to put you in the center of country relaxation. Property has plenty of wildlife to enjoy in this rustic getaway. This cottage is a quiet place of refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy a full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Cottage has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and an additional queen size bed in loft. $165.00/ night for 2 guests. Additional guests will be charged $35.00 per person, per night. Owners home is located on the property to assist with any needs during your stay.

Great experience, lovely cottage in the woods. Stayed here during Round Top antiques spring show, brought my grown daughter with me for fun girls shopping trip. Definitely recommend this place. It’s home away from home. Jim and Jean are very accommodating. Clean and very comfortable beds. . Definitely a place I’ll stay next antique trip

adorable Little cabin. It is tiny but hosts have thought of everything you need which makes it feel bigger. They have another larger unit which they gave us a tour of Arriving at the property you are treated to a beautiful tunnel of trees which makes you relax immediately

weekend with girls

My two daughters (in their 20's) and I went for Round Top shopping weekend. The cottage is several miles away but the drive went quickly into town and the setting is beautiful. The hosts of the property were friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the firepit and roasting marshmallows one evening. This was a very comfortable and nice stay.

A little piece of Heaven!

This sweet little cabin is a reflection of its owners! Jim and Jean came out yo greet us as soon as we arrived! They are such a sweet couple. There attention to detail is remarkable! They have provided everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property is beautiful. The drive in feels like a secret garden. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place!! Trip to Round Top

I would highly recommend this tiny home, we had a fabulous stay! The house is well appointed, very comfortable and has everything you need. Its also surprisingly spacious and has a gorgeous outdoor porch and entertaining area, complete with a fire pit with beautiful outdoor lighting. The Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and had left snacks, assorted drinks in the fridge, ice creams in the freezer, tea and coffee. This tiny home is a real gem and very close to Round Top and all the fairs (Blue Hills, Marburgher, etc). I would highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area. We will definately be back. Thank You so much Jim and Jean, it was a real pleasure meeting you both.

Perfect, peaceful getaway!

My husband and I visited the Grant’s cabin when we were in town for a wedding. The cabin was easy to access, very clean, and all instructions were easy to locate and follow. We hope to be back soon!

Why they chose this property

We've been on this 60+ acre property for almost 30 years now. We looked all over the countryside for the right place, and immediately knew this was the one when we drove down the long, tree-covered driveway. We built our dream house here (took 12 years, debt-free!) and eventually added 2 vrbo's on the property.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to host others and show them the comfort that the country brings. It's peaceful out here- no traffic, emergency vehicle and car noises. You hear birds, and can see deer most mornings.
