The neighborhood is central to Cotuit and Mashpee and just an hour and 15 minutes from Boston. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so we ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors! They're VERY important to us!

Getting Around:
We highly recommend having a car on Cape Cod- it's pretty hard to get anywhere otherwise, although Uber is emerging on Cape Cod :)
