Direct ocean views from this 6th floor condo with large corner balcony. Wrap around balcony to view the sunset and river as well. Two bedroom, primary bedroom with king size bed and secondary bedroom with two double beds. Primary bedroom with walk-in custom closet with pull out drawers , shoe racks and plenty of shelving. Secondary bedroom with custom closet as well including drawers and shoe racks. Updated furniture and decorative hanging lighting in bedroom. Beautiful chefs kitchen with granite and updated pull out shelving. Laundry and storage closet, with full size washer and dryer. New AC unit with air purifier.

Beautiful ocean front condo

Condo is true to advertising with surrounding views of the ocean. Quiet, clean building with very helpful neighbors and easy parking. Car is necessary. There were several good restaurants within easy driving distance and a couple within walking distance. Owner very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
