Step inside this Stunning and Brand New Villa on the water. The villa is designed for you to enjoy the best Florida living lifestyle with all the top-notch and modern amenities. Beautiful interiors with high ceilings, top of the line appliances (Miele, Liebherr, Wolf, Viking etc.), fully-furnished with new furniture (Restoration Hardware, Leanne Ford, Crate and Barrel, Anthropologie, Pierre Jeanerette etc.)

4 beds, 1 master, 1 en-suite, 3 full baths, 2 half baths.

Enjoy the outdoors with a Salt-water heated Pool and Spa, Cabana Shower, Barbeque grill and an outdoor kitchen including refrigerator. The outdoor expansive patio has dining and living room areas to relax and enjoy your days and nights overlooking the water. Paddle through the canals or bring your boat on the 60 ft private dock.

There are pool accessories, chaise lounges by the pool. Fishing rods for those who enjoy fishing. It is truly an Ocean to Table experience.

The villa kitchen is fully stocked with Cuisinart small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, sandwich-maker besides silverware, dishware, glassware, pots and pans) for a resort-style comfort stay.

Only a few mins to the beach, amazing restaurants, airport and Fort Lauderdale

Parking available for 2 cars in the driveway (the garage is strictly off-limits).

Great place to stay

We had a group of 6 people stay at this house. It was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Pool was a great place to hang out.

Fantastic home awesome pool

I usually don't write reviews as it is hard to impress me, but this brand new home and pool with a hot tub was actually fantastic. It is in a residential neighborhood in Pompano beach Area. Its about a 10 min drive to the beach which we did a few times. They had 2 beach chairs for us to use as well which was nice. the house itself is literally brand new, the pictures are completely accurate to the home. The pool is south facing which is super important if you are looking to have sun on the pool area. They have strategically planted to small palms next to the pool which gave some nice shade on the pool in the mid afternoon when you had enough of the sun. This home is in a residential neighbor hood which we walked every morning. The owners were super helpful and communicated with us by text message when ever we needed anything. If your looking to rent an amazing, clean great location for your family you can't go wrong with this one its GREAT!!

Maison impeccable tel que présenter dépasse nos attentes.

Nous donnons une note parfaite à nos hôtes Karieshma et Manish pour leur attention lors de notre séjour dans leur résidence du 15 avril au 20 mai 2021. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et entretenue chaque semaine par une équipe de deux personne pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Pour l’accueil Manish était accessible facilement et nous a téléphoner pour offrir ces services. Les photos publiées sont tel quels aucune surprise. Les communications avec Manish et Karieshma faciles, rapides précises. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Vivre dans cette maison tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur était confortable les aménagements bien répartis et facile d’accès. Nous recommandons cette maison. Richard et Monique

Une note de bienvenu avec une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée. Un sac de café mis a notre disposition très apprécié surtout lors d'une arrivée en soirée. La communication avec le propriétaire très bien.

I love the view of the property. It is a waterfront property and one can spend all day in the backyard, in the pool and lounging outdoors. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and laidback with minutes drive to the Pier and the beaches.

What makes this property unique

It is a brand new construction and impeccably built and designed. I am yet to see a house as beautiful and tastefully done as this.
