Gloomy. Insist on inspecting inside and out before putting any money into renting this property.

Rustic in the neighborhood
The small duplex was clean and very simple. Took a bit to get the key working in the front door. It is a very old home that would benefit from some updating with trim and painting. Mattresses were really hard and again just some simple updates could go really far. Cozy is a bit of a stretch I would use basic.
The location of property is very good for downtown.
The place was large enough for the family.
Shower stall is on the small side.
Parking is good.
I would return
Very nice stay. The unit is spacious and clean. It is located in a very nice and cute neighborhood and location. A few blocks down is a quaint ice cream diner. The shower is a bit small but it had very nice hot water. I only wish I had access to the washer and dryer.
We had a great stay! House was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do/see. We walked to most of our destinations. Beautiful neighborhood.
We had such a great time in Boise and our VRBO was in the best location for what we wanted to do. And it was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood also felt very safe 😁
