Welcome to the Echappée-belle Urban Spa, our family home located 2kms from Rouen, accommodating up to 10 people and fully equipped for relaxation and comfort (outdoor jacuzzi, garden, table football, video projector...).
In a quiet area, you can discover the treasures of Rouen (with its cathedral, museums and picturesque streets), Normandy (beaches of Deauville, D-Day or Dieppe) and even Paris (in just one hour, including for the Olympic Games).PGJyPg
Our house is located in a quiet area, well served by public transport and close to many shops to explore the region.
When you get back, you can relax in the private outdoor jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 5 people.

Inside, you will also find equipment to entertain you.
We provide you with a video projector for film nights with family or friends.

L'Echappée-belle Urban Spa is perfect, in terms of spaces and equipment, to spend time with family or friends.

The entrance of the house welcomes you as soon as you arrive. There is an area with a table football and a treadmill, and a small extra seating area that can accommodate 2 people, ideal for entertaining.

The kitchen, fully equipped and open to a comfortable living room, will allow you to prepare your meals.

The house is organised around the outdoor terrace, accessible through floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the garden and access to the jacuzzi.

You will also find on the ground floor There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a small bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a TV, a large bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a TV, a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a shower room with a toilet.

The second floor gives unique access to the 4th bedroom, under the eaves, with a double bed in 160.

The garden is equipped with a jacuzzi and a wooden terrace offering a pleasant space to relax outside, a barbecue, a plancha, a table and garden furniture, as well as sun loungers.

You have the option of parking up to 2 cars in the private car park or parking for free on the street.
